A Guided Journey to allow you the space and time to meet with your Divine Spirit team. This meditation is one for anyone wishing to make a connection with their Spirit guides and loved ones in spirit.

Welcome to this guided meditation to allow you the space to meet with your divine team.

We all have a team of spirit guides,

Angels,

Ascended masters,

And those who reside in the highest realm to support us and assist us on our journey here on this earth plane.

Through this meditation,

We will create a space visually for you to arrive to meet with these spirit people.

It's in this space that you will be able to receive any guidance or leave your cares or worries and surrender.

So I invite you now to find a comfortable position,

However serves your body best in this moment,

Either laying down or sitting up.

And I invite you to thank yourself for stepping in and honoring your time and giving you this space.

We'll begin by just dropping into this very moment by taking a couple of deep cleansing breaths to the count of four we will inhale and then exhale out to the count of four.

We'll do this three times together and we'll inhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four and exhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four and inhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four and exhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four and inhale and exhale.

Just allowing yourself to step into the present moment,

Finding that space of stillness within you.

With each exhalation,

Imagine exhaling all of your worries,

To do this,

Or anything that has been weighing you down.

Just allow it to be released,

Bringing your awareness into the present moment.

When you have nothing to do,

Nowhere to go,

Just allow yourself to be in this space.

And when you're ready,

Allow your eyelids to softly close and begin to become aware of your body relaxing from the top of the head,

Relaxing the temples,

The jaw,

The neck and shoulders,

Allowing the tongue to fall softly into the base of the mouth,

Relaxing the chest,

Just noticing the rise and fall with each breath,

Relaxing the arms all the way down to the fingertips.

Allow the belly to soften,

The hips and thighs,

The knees and calves,

Ankles,

The soles of the feet,

All the way to the tips of the toes.

Just allow every piece of you to surrender and let go.

If you're holding any areas of tension or tightness,

See if you can take breath and move it through those areas,

Breathing in light and warmth of that clean,

Crisp oxygen into those spaces that may still be holding on,

Release any judgement or worry or stress with each exhalation.

And as you sit,

Begin to hold your whole body in your awareness,

Becoming aware of the energy that surrounds your body from all directions,

Your life force,

Your essence.

Begin to feel with each breath how divine and light that is.

Then bring your attention even further into the body,

Into that space deep within you where stillness and peace reside,

With each inhale and exhale focusing on the breath where you may feel it the most.

Making the breath to bring you deeper and deeper down with each inhale and exhale.

Just becoming aware of the breath and how natural its rhythm is.

It comes and goes without force or thought,

It's always there supporting and constant,

Bringing in what we need and exhaling out what we no longer are using to be recycled.

Following the breath deeper down into that deepest space within you with each inhalation,

Deeper down,

Deeper down.

And now I want you to begin to imagine.

A beautiful field,

An open field that stretches on with the most beautiful landscape you can imagine.

In the distance there may be mountains or the ocean and it's the most beautiful place you've ever been.

Allow yourself to be here,

Looking down at your feet and the ground beneath you that supports you.

Think in all of the colors and sounds,

The way the air temperature would feel on your skin.

Begin to allow all of this to unfold in your mind's eye.

Whatever comes to mind,

Just allow it to be,

Don't question it.

This is a place you may have been before and will feel familiar to you,

Even if you don't remember it.

Allow yourself to walk through this field with ease and grace and alightness that you have known ever since you were born into this earth,

Since before you were born into this human form.

And as you begin to explore this place,

You notice in the distance an area where a path leads through a small tree-lined border.

Allow yourself to move toward this area,

Following the path through the trees.

You don't know where this path leads,

But still it seems so familiar and inviting and safe.

You feel the call and the pull toward where this path leads.

As you follow this path,

You will come upon a stream,

The most beautiful stream.

The running water is clear and moves swiftly and calmly.

The sunlight basks and dances upon the top of the riverbed.

It's so inviting.

It's as if the riverbed beckons you to become immersed in its beauty.

I invite you to move into this river,

Placing your feet upon the water's edge.

The water is warm and inviting,

Like a lukewarm bath.

It feels warm against your skin,

Relaxing.

This water has the power to cleanse.

And as the flow of the river moves downstream,

After touching your skin,

It pulls away from any outside into a space of relaxation and stillness as the stream gently moves you down the river.

Feeling the warm sun bask upon your face and the warm water caressing your skin,

Enveloping you,

Making you feel safe,

Clean,

Whole.

You can submerge yourself entirely into this beautiful river if you like,

Or perhaps you'd prefer to just stay at ankle length.

When the time has come to exit the river bed as you have reached another clearing,

And as you exit the river bed,

The warm sun feels so inviting,

Hugging you from every direction.

As you exit the water,

Stepping onto the river's edge,

And as you exit,

You notice that there is a gate in front of you.

You notice this gate.

You've seen it before.

It's lined with beautiful flowers.

You walk toward this gate,

And as you open it,

You notice a set of steps.

You're leading down a pathway.

You're slowly beginning to make your way down the steps,

And you count each step.

One.

You step down,

Taking the first step.

Two.

You as though you know this place.

You know what's waiting for you at the bottom.

Three.

Deeper down into the path.

Four.

Moving steady.

Five.

Deeper down.

Six.

Deeper down.

Seven.

Gently still taking in the surrounding area,

Feeling that familiarity waiting for you at the bottom.

Eight.

Deeper down.

Nine.

Stepping down.

Ten.

Eleven.

And one more final step at the bottom.

Eleven.

You arrive at the bottom of the staircase,

And you notice it opens into the most beautiful garden.

Your heart beats with excitement and anticipation of returning to this place that it's always known.

In this garden,

You will look around and you will notice a familiarity for this is where your essence lies,

Your soul and spirit have been here before.

You look around,

Take note of anything you see,

Any animals,

Flowers,

Plants,

Trees,

Birds.

The sun beats down upon this beautiful place.

You're continuing to bask in its glow.

There lies a bench,

And you know that in this place,

You will be met with divine love.

For this is where your soul,

Pod,

Your soul family come to meet you.

You can take a seat on this bench,

Or you can continue to look around this area,

This garden,

Explore the garden.

When you're ready,

You can call out from that place deep within you.

You can call out from that place deep within you.

You can call out from that place deep within you.

When you're ready,

You can call out from that place deep within you.

That you are ready to meet your spirit team.

You can reside in this garden,

And they will appear.

You may notice there could be past loved ones or souls you've never met.

But in time,

They will present themselves to you.

Just allow yourself to be in this state of surrender.

For this is a place for you,

Your essence to become one with your divine soul and your divine spirit team.

It is now that you can take this time to process and absorb anything that has come to you.

Just allow it to unfold organically without force.

Allow yourself to be in this space.

So you are our time in this space is now coming to an end.

Thank your spirit team,

Spirit animals,

Loved ones,

And spirit who have made their presence known to you today in the garden.

And if you haven't met anyone here today,

That's okay.

Perhaps the time is just not right,

But you can return to this place whenever you need to connect with your higher self.

Spirit team,

For they will reveal themselves to you when the time is right.

You thank yourself for giving yourself the time and the space to visit this place that resides deep inside you.

The sacred garden,

Taking everything that you have seen and heard and learned from this place,

Ready to integrate it into your physical human experience.

As we leave the sacred garden,

We look upon this beautiful place knowing that we can return to it whenever we need,

For it resides within us always and it's always with us.

Take note of any symbols or images that may have come to you in this place,

For you will integrate this into your human experience.

And as we walk away,

We leave this garden,

We know that we will return again.

Climb up to the sacred garden,

And as we walk away,

We will return to this place.

We leave this garden,

We know that we will return again.

Climbing back up the staircase,

Counting backwards,

Starting at 11,

11 steps,

11 stepping up,

10 moving back into a beautiful place,

9 moving back up the staircase,

8 coming closer and closer to the gate,

7 walking slowly enjoying the beautiful scenery around us,

6 walking with steady footing,

5 moving back up to the top,

4 getting closer now,

3 deepening the breath with each step,

2 coming closer and closer back to the gate,

1 returning to that entrance point,

Back at the gate,

We're beginning to become aware of our body,

Beginning to become aware of our body in this moment,

In this place,

Exiting the gate,

And following the path back past the riverbed,

Wading through the river,

And we're beginning to feel the presence of our body,

Following the path back past the riverbed,

Wading through the river,

Taking in the scenery once more,

Following the winding path through the trees,

Back out into that beautiful clearing,

For this is your space,

You move with such ease and grace,

You can start to become aware more so of your physical body,

And how it feels in this space as it integrates back into this human form,

Slowly starting to become aware of the breath,

The way that it moves through your body,

And your body,

Dear one,

Thank you for taking this journey inward into yourself,

Bringing your awareness back,

Back,

Back into your body,

Imagining a brilliant white light beginning to pour from the sky above,

Pouring down,

Down,

Down,

Down through the crown of your head,

All the way,

Thinking of the light,

Pouring down,

Down,

Down,

Down through the crown of your head,

All the way,

Thinking it's a way that warm light flushing through your body,

Allowing anything that needs to be released to move with this light as it flows down,

It pulls away from you anything you no longer need,

Through the soles of your feet back into the earth,

Pulling it down,

Deeper down,

Cleansing you,

Refreshing you,

Refreshing you,

I invite you now to become aware of the support beneath you,

You may bring your hands together,

Wiggle your fingers and your toes,

And start to move back into your physical body,

And allow yourself to slowly come back into the present moment,

Deepening the breath,

And when you're ready you can flutter open your eyes,

You are now ready to integrate all that you have received and learned within the essence of you,

From your divine spirit team,

I thank you for taking this journey together,

And know that you can return to this space as often as you like,

In times of joy,

Sadness,

Sorrow,

Worry,

This can be a gentle reprieve for you to return to a space that your soul knows is home,

Relaxing and peaceful meditation. The voice, although very gentle and kind, often got lost in the music and I found my mind wandering a bit. Maybe speaking a little more from the diaphragm would help? Looking forward to hearing more from this author as this was still worth five stars πŸ˜ŠπŸ™βœ¨

I really liked it. At a certain point during some mediations I begin to freak out when my body because lightened and numb. This one allowed me to feel comfortable, trusting and safe. I do wish the time in the garden was a bit longer. As I was just gaining contact when it was time to leave.
