
That Darn Ego - Oh What A Gift!

We tend to think of our ego as some vestige of a lower vibration, something to be transcended in pursuit of the light. In truth, our ego, our three-dimensional self, is a part of who we are, a part of the whole. It is through embracing this that we can gain mastery over who we really are. Get yourself things into a comfortable position.
If you wear glasses,
Take them off.
If you haven't yet,
Please close your eyes.
Remember that our meditations are,
The training is about including,
Including,
Including.
Dogs bark and whine,
Children squeal and joy,
Doors open and close,
Telephones ring,
This is your time.
Bodies itch,
Aches happen.
If you need to readjust your body during the meditation,
Please do.
If you're about to drool,
Swallow.
You can use whatever comes into you,
Including your thoughts as something to just acknowledge it exists and allow it or use it to bring you in more deeply into your own consciousness of being.
So rather than resisting or pushing out,
That would be ego,
Allow and include,
Make use of it.
Empower it in the way that really literally serves you,
Brings you into your peace,
P-E-A-C-E,
Peace.
Have it be something that is empowering you more fundamentally,
Diving more deeply,
More broadly,
And more height,
All kinds of directions in your consciousness of being,
More expansively.
And breathe.
Use each breath to bring you more and more into,
More and more expansive consciousness.
Breathing in,
You expand.
Breathing out,
You expand.
Consciousness,
Breathing in,
You expand.
Three-dimensionally.
Exhaling,
We contract three-dimensionally.
And all of that goes on as we move into consciousness that is already four,
Nine,
19,
27,
44 dimensions.
Just let yourself be.
Being exactly as you are,
Being exactly as you are not.
Simply being.
Using that deep breath in,
Filling your lungs all the way to the bottom and back and sides and breathing out entirely.
And then,
You're going to take a deep breath in,
Filling your lungs all the way to the bottom and back and sides and breathing out entirely.
What a gift.
Symbiosis of breathing and the green of our world.
Our blessed,
Beloved Earth.
And blessed,
Beloved you.
Just let your body sink into whatever surface it's on.
And let go.
Just let go,
Let the tension in your feet go.
Let your ankles go,
Your calves and shins.
Muscles around your knees,
Your thighs,
Let it go.
Let the way that you've been holding around your sacral area and your lower back and hips and pelvis,
Just let it all go.
Let your ribs sink,
Your solar plexus,
All of the muscles going up both sides of your spine and then out around your ribs.
Just let all of that go and your shoulders,
The backs of your shoulders,
The tops of your shoulders,
The edges of your shoulders,
The fronts of your shoulders,
Where we have ribs one and two.
Let your upper arms go and elbows,
Forearms,
Wrists,
Hands and fingers.
Let everything relax around your neck.
Nothing at all for your body to do right now except just be.
And the muscles inside in your throat area,
Let all of that go and feel how your neck and throat relax as you can breathe a little bit more easily now.
The jaw,
Notice where you're holding around your jaw and just let that go and your cheeks,
Around the temples on either side of your eyes and the tiny muscles going up to the base of your skull,
Your skull itself,
All of those little muscles,
Even your ears.
Letting all of that just release and release.
Let go.
Now as you breathe,
Breathe pure white light in with the breath from everywhere.
I'm new directional breathing coming in from every dimension,
Above you,
Below you,
All of the sides and angles and tops and bottoms.
Let go of all of that.
Let go of all of the sides and angles and tops and bottoms.
Pure white light in filling the entirety of your beautiful three dimensional body with pure white light.
From the hair,
The tips of the hairs on the surface of your skin,
All the way through to the marrow in your bones.
Let go of all of that pure white light.
Gather anything that is not of that pure white light inside of you,
Gently place whatever that is in that pure white light and exhale out all directions.
Doesn't matter which way it came in,
It doesn't necessarily go out the same way,
It might,
Might not.
Bend my curve,
However it goes is fine.
Breathing pure white light in from everywhere again,
Filling every single molecule,
Atom,
Electron,
Lepton inside of you with pure white light.
Locate anything at all,
Mentally,
Emotionally,
Physically,
Spiritually,
Ethereally that is not of that pure white light whatever that is,
Simply cradle it in that pure white light,
Gently,
Lovingly wrap it in pure white light and exhale letting it go,
Let it go.
Let it go.
Omnidirectional breathing in pure white light from everywhere,
Coming in through all the nooks and crannies,
All of the crevices and roundnesses,
Entering into your body,
Filling all of the solids,
All of the liquids,
All of the solids,
All of the liquids,
All of the air in your body with pure white light.
If there is any last residual of anything at all that is not of that light,
Simply surround it with pure white light,
Gently.
Sniff in just a little bit more pure white light and exhale all of it,
Just letting it go.
Release it,
Let it go,
Let it go.
And now just notice that breath is a circle,
Pure white light coming in,
Endlessly filling and moving through your body,
Pure white light going out.
There is no top to the breath,
There is no bottom to the breath.
There is no beginning or end,
It's just simply a circle,
Inhaling and exhaling,
Exhaling and inhaling,
Pure white light in and pure white light out.
And as you breathe pure white light in and out of your entire system,
Now surround the whole of your body with pure white light.
Cover every snippet of your body or every snippet of you,
Top,
Bottom,
Sides,
Front,
Back,
Pure white light covering every nook,
Every cranny,
Every crevice,
All of you.
Who you are is a being of pure white light,
Both within and without and everything in between.
And just breathe.
And breathe out.
And allow your ego to tell you something that in general you think is not so great.
Whatever that is that you have been holding on to,
An opinion about something or someone,
It could be about yourself,
It could be about somebody in your family or a friend,
It could be something about work or a coworker or a public figure.
It could be about a situation.
It could be about a situation.
And let yourself allow that thought.
Know that it is your ego,
Your very well-trained ego that is giving you that thought.
And thank your ego.
Grateful for its contribution in your life,
Always.
Thank your ego for giving you this gift,
For telling you what it thinks is wrong,
For telling you what it thinks is wrong or bad.
And recognize that that is not you creating that thought.
No opinion on that,
It's just what's so.
And yet you have the power to create a different thought.
So go ahead and do that.
Create a thought that is a different frame from the one your ego has given you.
Notice which one makes you feel better.
And if you're willing to,
After thanking your ego,
For the thought it has given you,
The judgment,
The opinion,
Simply lay that one aside.
Having recognized that's what it is and acknowledged it and embraced it,
Would you be willing to just let that one go?
Just let it go.
And in its place,
Since the universe abhors a void,
You get to consciously create a thought that brings you into being,
That brings you to being.
And if you're willing to,
That brings you into being,
The harmoniously balanced being you are,
A being of love and joy,
Peace,
Happiness,
Abundance,
Laughter.
You get to be with the thought you have put in its place,
Exactly who you design yourself to be.
And feel how that feels.
Let that feeling fill you.
Allow it to drench you inside and outside.
And be the being that you are as that.
Recognizing thoughts are created.
Recognizing thoughts are creations.
Thank the thoughts that create you other than who you wish to be,
For alerting you that it's time for you to create you as you do wish to be,
And then do that.
Take a deep breath in.
Give a deep breath out.
Take a deep breath in,
Solidifying this creative thought you've put in place as your reality.
Give a deep breath out.
Give a deep breath out from within this new reality that is you.
And one more time,
Take a deep breath in,
Empowering that new creation,
This new reality of you,
And give a deep breath out,
Giving unto the world this you.
I'm going to begin counting up from one to nine.
As I do,
Allow your consciousness to rise from level to level with you.
Allow your consciousness to rise from level to level with the numbers.
When I say the number nine,
Gently open your eyes and allow yourself to be present in your body,
In whatever room you're in,
As you who you've created yourself to be.
One,
Two,
Three,
Feel your conscious mind arising.
Four,
Five,
Six.
Begin to feel yourself in your body,
Where and how you are sitting or lying down.
Seven,
Eight,
Nine.
Gently open your eyes,
Allowing yourself to be fully present in your body,
Alert and here,
And hopefully more than a little bit excited to just simply be who you really are.

I think this might have been the best and most applicable guided meditation I’ve stumbled upon. Very useful to conquer anhedonia. It even summoned some imagery her and there and that’s very rare for me. Thanks!
