Okay,
Get yourself into a comfortable position,
Whether it's sitting down or lying down.
And I think for this meditation,
If you can find a way to comfortably have your hands palms up,
Palms open and up,
That would be good for this meditation coming up.
If you wear glasses,
Take them off.
Remember as you meditate to include and include and include.
The dog barks,
The door opens and closes,
There's a shout down the hallway.
Okay,
Letting yourself settle into where you are,
Whether you are sitting or lying down,
Make sure nothing is crossed.
Make sure that your back is fully supported.
This is not about how long can you sit up straight.
This is about having no attention on your body whatsoever.
So your body in a way that it is completely supported from the very top of your head to the very bottoms of your feet all the way.
And from side to side,
From hip to hip,
All of your back,
Your arms,
Your feet and ankles.
And just let yourself spread out energetically and physically melting into whatever surface or surfaces hold your body right now.
As you breathe,
Come conscious of your breath.
Now follow your breath in all the way to the bottom of your lungs.
And as you breathe in to the bottom of your lungs,
First filling your lungs with the breath of pure white light.
Surround the whole of your body with pure white light.
Fill the whole of your body with pure white light.
And exhale from the bottom of your lungs first,
Scooping down into the bottom of your lungs to pull breath up and out.
And as you are filled with pure white light and surrounded by pure white light,
Have it be that you were filled entirely.
All of the solids,
All of the liquids,
All of the air in your body,
From the tips of your hair to the tips of your fingers to the tips of your toes.
Everything filled with pure white light and everything surrounded by pure white light,
Top,
Bottom,
Sides,
Front and back.
Covering all the roundness,
All of the indentations.
Who you are is a being of pure white light both within and without and everything in between and just follow your breath in.
Bringing your energy from your toes up through your feet,
Ankles,
Legs,
Up through the pelvic floor,
Gathering all the energy on the way from all of these places,
Going up through your torso into your heart.
Gather your energy from the tips of your fingers up through your hands,
Wrists,
Forearms,
Elbows,
Upper arms,
Gathering all the energy on the way across the curve of your shoulders and down into your heart.
Bringing in energy from everywhere in front of you behind you to the sides and from the tips of your hair down through your head and skull,
Neck,
Upper back,
Behind you into your heart,
Your shoulders,
Your throat,
Your chest.
All going into your heart.
And with you located in your heart,
Bring to mind a question that you have about your life,
A decision for you to make.
In that question,
Let the question reside in your heart as well.
And in your heart,
You have the answer.
Let your heart speak.
Inside the love that innately is yours,
This birthright of love that you are,
You know what is true.
In answering that question that you brought in,
You know what the answer is.
Inside your heart,
Ask what are the next actions that are a match for what I know to be true.
Allow yourself to reside in the comfort of your own heart with the answers that you have.
The decision your heart has given,
Which always seems so simple.
The actions there are for you to take,
Which laid out inside your heart are also so simple.
Trust yourself,
Be true to yourself.
Your heart really does know.
I'm going to begin counting up from one to nine.
As I do,
Allow your consciousness to rise from level to level with the numbers.
When I say the number nine,
Gently open your eyes and allow yourself to be present in your body,
In the quiet,
Exactly as you are.
One,
Two,
Three,
Feel your conscious mind arising,
Four,
Five,
Six.
Begin to feel yourself in your body,
Where and how you are sitting or lying down,
The air around you,
The air within you,
Seven,
Eight,
Nine.
Bringing your heart with you,
Allow yourself to be in the quiet in your heart as you gently open your eyes.
One,
Two,
Three,
Feel your consciousness.
