There is a fundamental knowledge of who we are that can contract when caught up in the worries and concerns we face each day, and the attachments we make to the way things should be. What would it be like to simply be, and have that quiet stillness within you?

Get yourself into any old fabulously comfortable position.

And I really do mean be comfortable,

Comfortable,

Comfortable.

So that there is no attention on your body whatsoever.

That you feel supported.

That your whole body feels supported.

That it feels like there is no attention on your body.

Glasses off if you wear glasses.

Have your body be in an open position.

If you want your feet on the floor,

That's fine.

If you want to lie down,

That's fine.

Or sit down,

That's fine.

Your feet can be flat,

Or they can have the soles together,

Or they can just be out.

It doesn't matter.

Just so that you have your body feeling like there's no body.

Like it's just you.

That you actually can feel how loved and supported you are.

By your chair,

Your floor,

Your bed,

Wherever you are.

And just breathe.

Breathe in as comfortably as you can,

As deeply as you can,

Without putting yourself in any pain.

But breathe in all the way for your body.

And breathe out all the way for your body.

And now breathe in from every direction there is.

Just pure white light in from everywhere.

And hold that breath.

Sniff in just a little bit more air and hold that.

And now just let all of that go.

Every which way.

All directions.

Just let that breath out of you omnidirectionally.

And again,

Your lungs go down below your bottom ribs,

The two bottom ribs,

Your floating ribs.

Your lungs actually go below that.

See if you can breathe all the way into the bottom of your lungs.

If you can,

That's great.

If it's not comfortable for you to do that,

Then breathe down as deeply as you can breathe in and comfortably hold your breath.

And now breathe in just a little bit more,

Just expanding your muscles,

Expanding your lungs a little bit more.

And hold that.

And now let all of that go.

Ah.

OK,

Let's do that one again.

Breathing in all the way,

All the way to the bottom of your lungs,

Front,

Sides of your lungs,

Back of your lungs.

Hold that,

Hold that.

And release,

Breathing out all the way.

That was better.

OK,

Now breathing pure white light in from everywhere,

All the way,

Expanding your lungs down from your lungs down to the bottom of your lungs.

And now,

Breathe in all the way.

Expanding your lungs down,

Front,

Sides,

And back.

Hold that white light inside of you,

Filling the entirety of you with pure white light.

Locate anything at all that is not of that light.

Gently cradle whatever that is in the light.

Sniff in just a little bit more air from everywhere.

And now let all of that go.

Omnidirectional breathing in,

Omnidirectional breathing out.

And now,

One more time,

Breathing in pure white light from everywhere,

Bottom of your lungs,

Front,

Sides,

And back of your lungs.

Expanding all those directions,

Filling up to the top of your lungs.

Filling up to the top of your lungs.

Hold that breath.

Hold that white light in you.

And allow that pure white light to just go into every single component of you,

Down to the tiniest lepton and smaller than that.

Sniff in just a wee bit more air and pure white light.

Hold that.

And now just let all of that go.

Let it go.

Let it go.

And I'm going to say these words as I speak.

As I say these words,

Allow these words to be the words in you.

Be still and know I am God.

Be still and know I am God.

Be still and know I am God.

And take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Be still and know I am God.

Be still and know I am.

And take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Be still and know I.

Be still and know I.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Be still and know.

Be still and know.

Be still and know.

Be still and know I.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Be still.

Be still.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Be still and know I am God.

Be still and know I am God.

Be.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Be.

Be.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Be still.

Be still.

Be still.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Be still and know.

Be still and know I am God.

Be still and know.

Be still and know I am God.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Be still and know I.

Be still and know I.

Be still and know I am God.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Be still and know I am.

Be still and know I am.

Be still and know I am God.

Be still and know I am God.

Be still and know I am God.

Be still and know I am God.

Take a deep breath in.

Take a deep breath out.

Take a deep breath in and hold that breath.

Take residence in the body that you are in.

Sniff in a little bit more air.

Feel yourself in the body that you are in.

Take a deep breath out.

Take another deep breath in.

Hold that breath.

Feel yourself in your body.

Where and how you are sitting or lying down.

The air around you.

Take a little bit more air.

Hold that.

Take residence in your body.

And let all that air go.

And one more time,

Deep breath in.

Hold your breath.

Make sure you are expanding your lungs down,

Front,

Sides and back.

Sniff in a little bit more air.

Hold that.

Be here.

Be still.

Be now and know.

And let all that go.

Gently open your eyes and allow yourself to be present in your body and in the room that you are in.
