In "Middle Path," we explore the ancient wisdom of finding balance in life. This track guides you away from extremes—neither constant mystical pursuit nor endless striving—towards a more measured and steady way of being. As you rest your eyes and relax your body, you'll be invited to release feelings of frenzy or oppression. Through gentle relaxation and mindful breathing, you'll find your own calm center, stepping away from life's rapid pace to embrace a more harmonious path.

Rabbi Yaakov Katina Korban Ha'ani teaches,

God really does not want extreme.

The sages taught,

Many have tried to live like Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai,

Constantly in a mystic state,

But they did not succeed.

And surely to be constantly running after making a living,

To be oppressed and frenzied all the time,

This is no way to live.

Our verse teaches,

Do not come all the time,

B'chol et,

Rather find the middle way.

Rest your eyes,

Relaxing body and breath.

Observe your body,

Notice any feelings of frenzy or oppression,

Move toward a restful state,

Allowing your muscles to relax,

Your central nervous system to regulate to a slow and gentle breath.

Let the skin on your face soften.

Allow all of the muscles in the body to gently let go,

Separating muscle from bone as each and every muscle relaxes away from its scaffolding.

Allow yourself a moment to step away from the rapid pace of life and to walk in a middle path,

A measured and steady step.
