Finding our self-worth,
Meditation,
You are worthy of anything and everything that you could imagine.
And in this meditation,
We will begin to dive in and explore our worthiness.
To begin,
Get comfortable in your seat,
Whether you are sitting down or lying down.
And just begin to become aware of your environment.
Become aware of the sounds around you.
Become aware of the feelings and sensations that are around you.
Feeling the softness of your clothes,
The softness of the seat you're sitting on.
Hear the birds around you,
The cars around you,
Whisking by.
And the ambient sounds that are only heard in stillness.
Breathing deeply filling up the belly,
Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
Getting comfortable with our environment,
Knowing that we are safe.
We are safe to feel and we are safe to experience anything that comes up.
And repeat to yourself,
I am safe.
I am safe to feel and I am safe to experience this.
I am safe.
I am safe in my body.
I am safe to feel and I am safe to experience this.
And begin to begin scanning the body and settling into the body.
Just checking in for feelings and sensations that may be there.
There's nothing to change.
There's nothing to fix.
Just becoming aware.
And now begin to identify those thoughts.
What is the inner critic telling you about your self-worth?
Are your dreams unattainable?
Are you not worthy of happiness?
Are you not worthy of love?
Are you not worthy of money?
And as you repeat these to yourself,
Check in and see where you feel these words in the body.
Do they make your heart skip a beat?
Do they bring chills?
Do certain parts of you become heavy?
Take a moment to identify these spaces.
Knowing you are safe.
Safe to feel and safe to experience.
And in this moment visualize your higher self coming right in front of you.
They look just like you.
And hear your higher self saying to you with the biggest smile,
You are worthy of love.
You are worthy of happiness.
You are worthy of joy.
And you are worthy of money.
Hear those words.
Feel those words.
Feel those words touching those same parts.
That we're feeling the tense,
Stress.
That we're feeling the unworthiness.
You are worthy of love.
You are worthy of happiness.
You are worthy of joy.
You are worthy of money.
And place your hand on that area that feels that discomfort.
When those words are said,
Take a deep breath and breathe into that area.
And say to your higher self,
I am worthy of love.
Take a deep breath.
I am worthy of happiness.
I am worthy of joy.
I am worthy of money.
I am worthy of love.
I am worthy of happiness.
I am worthy of joy.
I am worthy of money.
Relax.
Then return to your normal pattern of breathing.
And visualize that area that you are breathing into becoming brighter and brighter with every inhale.
Now,
Place your hand on your solar plexus right above the belly button.
This is where we hold the energy of self-worth.
Hold your attention on this face.
What does it feel like?
Are there any colors?
Sensations?
Is there a temperature?
Is there a texture?
Hold your awareness on this space.
Now,
We will begin to breathe in worthiness.
Breathe in love.
Breathe in happiness,
Joy,
And money.
Take a deep breath.
And as you exhale,
Say to yourself,
I am worthy.
I am worthy of love.
I am worthy of happiness.
I am worthy of joy.
I am worthy of money.
Breathe deeper.
I am worthy of love.
I am worthy of happiness.
I am worthy of joy.
I am worthy of money.
Breathe even deeper.
I am worthy of love.
I am worthy of happiness.
I am worthy of joy.
I am worthy of money.
Take your final deep breath and hold,
Feeling the energy circulating around your body,
Around your solar plexus.
And exhale.

Breathing in these words and exhaling with our voice these words.

Checking in with the body,
Feeling that worthiness.
Allow it to express itself as it needs to.

Return back to the present moment and back to your day.
