To begin just become aware of your breath as it flows in,
Filling the belly and as it flows out,
Returning to the air.
And any thoughts that come up in this moment,
Thank them for being here.
Thank them for wanting to protect you.
Gently return back to your breath.
And we will begin with a double inhale through the nose,
Triggering our nervous system,
And a soft exhale,
Just allowing the air to move through our mouth.

Checking in with the body.
What are the sensations that you are feeling in this moment?
And have they changed from just a moment ago?
And we will finish up with 20 deep conscious breaths.
Inhaling through the mouth,
Filling the lungs completely until the belly is stretched to its limit.
And with a soft exhale,
Releasing all that does not serve us.
