Welcome to breathwork for releasing anger,
Resentment,
And emotional confusion.
It's okay to feel angry.
It's okay to feel confused.
It's okay to feel resentment.
It's okay to feel all parts of our emotional spectrum.
We are here on this earth,
In this environment,
To feel and experience.
To begin this breathwork,
Sit or lie comfortably wherever you are.
And take a second to check in.
Where in your body do you feel this anger,
This emotional confusion,
This resentment?
Is it in your heart?
Your stomach?
Your shoulders?
Knowing that you're safe,
Safe to feel,
And safe to experience,
Find that place in the body where these emotions are being held.
And breathe into that space now,
Inhaling deep,
And exhale.
Breathing in,
And exhale.
Keep breathing,
Knowing that this part of you wants your attention,
Knowing that this part of you wants to feel safe,
And knowing that this is a part of you.
Keep breathing.
Leave love into this space.
Smile as you breathe in,
And smile as you exhale.
And on this final breath,
Breathe in deeply,
Holding and squeezing every part of your body.
Squeeze,
Squeeze,
Squeeze.
Hold that breath.
And relax with a sigh.
Let's do it again.
Breathing in deep,
Squeezing every part of the body from bottom to the top.
Hold it,
And letting go.
Allow yourself to see the thoughts that come up with this.
And on our next breath,
Breathe and hold those thoughts in that place.
And when we release,
Let it go.
Let those thoughts go with your breath.
Visualize them leaving your body through every pore.
Breathing in,
Squeezing,
And letting go.
Let's do it again.
Breathing in,
Squeezing,
And hold.
And let it go.
And now return back to your normal pattern of breathing.
And check in.
How do you feel?
Do you feel loose?
Tingly?
Prickly?
Warm?
Cold?
Knowing that in this moment you are safe to feel.
Just take a moment.
And as you inhale and feel safe in this moment,
Breathe in that positive energy.
Breathe in love,
And exhale peace.
Breathe in love,
And exhale peace.
What colors love for you?
What colors peace for you?
Breathe it in,
And let it go.
Breathe it in,
And let it go.
Breathe in that love,
And hold it.
Feeling that love radiate through all parts of your body.
And let it go.
Breathe in that love.
Feeling it radiate,
And let it go.
Last one.
Breathe in that love,
And hold it.
And let it go.
And return now back to your normal pattern of breathing,
Where you feel safe,
Where you feel peace,
Where you feel relaxed.
Just take a moment to feel the sensations of the body.
And when you hear the bell,
Open your eyes and return back to your day,
Knowing that you have given your body what it needs in this moment.
