I did meditation to support you in your inner child journey.
To begin,
First settle into your environment and allow yourself to feel how the room around you is feeling.
Notice any sounds that you hear,
The breeze in the air or no breeze in the air.
Notice what you smell and notice what you sense around you.
And begin to relax,
Knowing that you are safe.
You are safe in the space around you.
Can you notice the space between your body and the four walls around you?
Can you notice the space between your body and the ceiling above you?
Just noticing.
And begin to take your awareness from outside of the body to inside the body.
Notice the change,
Notice any shifts,
Notice any areas of resistance,
And check in.
How are you feeling?
What are you feeling?
And where are you feeling?
Just noticing.
Nothing to change and nothing to fix.
We will begin taking a few deep breaths into the body.
Inhale the breath deep,
And as you exhale,
Repeat after me.
Breathe in,
I am safe.
Breathe in,
I am safe in my body.
Breathe in,
I am safe to feel.
Breathe in,
I am safe to experience this.
And again,
I am safe.
Breathe in,
I am safe in my body.
I am safe to feel.
I am safe to experience this.
And just relax.
Notice any shifts.
Begin to notice any areas of tension and resistance.
Where do you feel this in the body?
And visualize little you,

Or 10 years old.
Can you see them?
What are they wearing?
How would they describe the sensations that you are noticing and feeling?
And visualize yourself listening,
Listening to what is coming up for them.
Is it anger?
Is it grief?
Is it jealousy?
Is it pain?
What is it?
Just listening.
And ask your inner child what they need to feel better in this moment.
What do they need to feel safe?
What do they need to feel secure,
To feel loved,
And to feel supported?
And in this moment,
Give your inner child what they need.
Tell them what they need to feel better,
And reassure them,
And make sure they believe you.
Hug your inner child.
Feel them in your arms,
And physically placing your left hand on your right shoulder,
Your right hand on top.
Reaffirm to them,
I got you.
I support you.
I love all parts of you.
And I love all parts of me.
I support all parts of you.
And I support all parts of me.
And when you feel complete,
Release from the hug,
Knowing that you support yourself.
You have space to support your emotions.
And your inner child doesn't have to be afraid to share with you,
Because they know that they will be heard,
They will be seen,
And they will be supported.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes and return back to the present moment,
Knowing and feeling that you are whole and complete.
You can return to this meditation whenever you need,
Whenever you feel as if your inner child needs some support,
Needs to be heard,
Needs to be seen,
And needs to be felt.
