Which will feel more like our home base.
So the focus is less on releasing any stress and more building that which we want to feel,
Experience,
And identify with.
Start by taking a deep breath in through your nose and exhale with a sigh.
Again,
Inhale and sigh it out.
And with each breath feel tension melting away like waves retreating from the shore.
As you connect with this joy that you want to identify with,
Picture stress leaving your body with every exhale.
It can't exist in the presence of its opposite,
Greater joy.
Greater joy.
Now let's take a deeper dive and inhale for four seconds,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold for four seconds,
Two,
Three,
Four.
And exhale for six seconds,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
Inhale,

Hold for four seconds,

Four.
And exhale for six seconds,

Feel your body softening and quieting and your spirit settling.
Stress doesn't define you.
It's simply passing through,
Leaving as you exhale.
Each breath creates more space for calm and peace to reside within you.
Now notice how your shoulders feel lighter,
Your jaw unclenches,
And your chest opens.
It's subtle,
But it makes all the difference in the world.
Release the weight of the day,
Of the mind.
