Welcome back to nine rounds of breath work.
In this full session today,
We're going to be using two styles of breath that we use often here on the channel.
Number one is alkaline DMT breathing,
Which is a full breath in through the nose and a natural exhale that falls out the mouth.
The second style of breath you're going to hear is called breath of fire,
Which is a short,
Rapid inhale and exhale through the nose only.
And it sounds like this,
Where we are pumping air out of our nose and the inhale happens naturally on its own.
Both styles of breath are going to be at various speeds,
Which will be very easy to follow along with just by listening to the sound of the breath and of the guidance.
After each round,
We're going to perform a breath hold or retention,
Which is going to be an inhale hold or an exhale hold,
And those are going to vary from round to round.
I highly recommend that everybody is seated either on the floor or towards the edge of their chair so that they can take a full breath in and the spine can be nice and straight.
So without further ado,
Let's go ahead now and get started together like this.

You can breathe through your nose or your mouth.
Double the speed again.
Quick breaths through your mouth.

To get as much oxygen in as you can,
Try to sip a little more oxygen through your lips.
Big exhale.
Alkaline breathing.
In through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
Double the speed.
In through your mouth.
Double the speed again.

Fully exhale,
And hold.
We are entering a deep,
Deep meditation,
Quieting the mind,
Softening the skin,
Feeling okay in this present moment.

Suck in a little bit more oxygen through the mouth,
And hold.
Keeping all the energy in,
You just accumulate it.
Slowly release the air.
Hold on the exhale breath,
And exhale out the mouth.
Get ready for round number six.

Breath of fire,
Short rapid inhales and exhales through the nose only.

And hold the breath here for 12 seconds.
Slowly release the air.
Keep exhaling,

Keep exhaling.
Hold the breath here for one minute.
Take your recovery breath in through the nose,
And hold.
Exhale the breath.
Reset and prepare for round number seven.

Hold the breath for 15 seconds.
Slowly release the air into our exhale retention,
And hold for 30 seconds.
And it's time to take your recovery breath in through the nose.
Slowly release the air.
Get ready for round number eight.

So double the speed.
Five,
Four,
Three,

Fully in,
And a big slow exhale.
And hold.
We are sensing what is called dynamic stillness.
This is the space where we access our creativity,
Our creatorship.
In this space,
Anything is possible.
Holding in this dynamic stillness for three,
Two,
One.
Take a full inhale.
And hold.
Keeping all this energy in your body.
Slowly release the air.
Get ready for our final round.
Round number nine with an exhale.
Round number nine.
Let's begin.
Alkaline breathing.
Ah double the speed Ah Fully in.
And hold the breath.
Sip in a little more oxygen through the mouth.
Ah Now tap the ribs and the lungs.
Keeping all the energy that you just built up.
Slowly release the air.
All the way into an exhale.
And hold with no air.
Take a full breath back in.
And return to normal breathing.
