Welcome back to another breathwork session here on my channel.
In today's session,
Our breath flow consists of three styles of breath and three rounds of breathing.
Breath number one is alkaline breathing,
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Sounds like this.
Breath number two is the three-part shamanic breath,
Which is an inhale to the belly,
Inhale to the chest,
Exhale out the mouth.
And it sounds like this.
And breath number three is breath of fire,
Which is a short rapid exhale out the nose and the inhale happens naturally on its own.
And it sounds like this.
All of our instructions will be on the screen for you to follow along.
So get ready,
Get set,
And let's begin together now with alkaline breathing.

Trust,
By yogi and author Grant Iflander.
How do we learn to trust in life?
This is a question I've been investigating for some time now.
What does trust in life even look like?
For me,
It means I trust even in the uncomfortable,
Unwelcome moments as access points.
Unwelcome moments as access points to deeper understanding.
A deeper understanding that transcends my limited ego mind's present moment perception.
We are so fixed in our viewpoints,
So convinced we are right.
It is very,
Very difficult to admit,
Truly admit our own faults.
Or where we are separating ourselves from the other.
Oftentimes,
We'd rather position ourselves in a way that is separate from our own experience,
Which is intrinsically whole.
Which means instead of being truly,
Rawfully real,
Actually present,
We create a personal narrative and then respond to the concepts and stories we've created in our mind.
Trust in life requires a different kind of courage.
It requires a deep surrender,
A deep acceptance,
And a level of listening that takes us beyond and beyond the levels of our analytical,
Interpretive mind.
Beyond the stories to take us into the transpersonal realms of our sub and collective consciousness.
Where we actually share truths that are deeper than words.
It is here where true connection exists and trust.
Even hearing these words,
There is the part of a listener who keeps these words outside and interprets and analyzes them for utility or safety.
This is a healthy part of us,
But it is a part that must be noticed and understood.
For it is the root of separation.
Trusting each other leads to trusting in life.
Trusting life leads to trusting each other.
What comes first,
The chicken or the egg?
Life loves us and takes care of us.
Just trust.
