Welcome back for another breathwork session.

In today's session we are going to be alternating between breath of fire and alkaline breathing.

Breath of fire for those who don't know is a sharp inhale and exhale through the nose.

It sounds like this.

And alkaline breathing is a full breath in through the nose and a sigh of relief out the mouth.

After we alternate two rounds of each we're gonna go into an inhale retention and we're just gonna hold all of our breath in,

Sucking in more oxygen to expand the lungs even further and increase our capacity to breathe.

So without further ado let's get started together now like this.

Fully in and hold the breath.

Suck in a little bit more oxygen through the mouth and hold.

Keeping all the energy and you just accumulate it slowly release the air.

Hold on the exhale breath.

That is one round.

Get ready for round number two with an exhale.

Round number two let's begin.

Fully in.

Slowly release the air.

Get ready for round number three with an exhale to reset.

Round number three let's begin.

Fully in.

And hold the breath.

Suck in a little bit more oxygen through the mouth and hold.

Keeping all the energy and you just accumulate it slowly release the air.

Get ready for round number four with an exhale to reset.

Round number four let's begin.

Fully in.

And hold the breath.

Slowly release the air.

Hold on the exhale breath.

Get ready for our fifth and final round with an exhale.
