Meditation Timer OnlineCatherine is a yoga teacher from Yorkshire but based in Surrey, England. She received her training qualification from Zenways having been taught by Daizan Skinner. She teaches a gentle, mindful and joyous movement practice with meditation focused on stress relief and resilience. She has a particular interest in sleep including yoga nidra and lucid dreaming, as well as fitting mindful movement into the every day. After losing her fiancé to cancer in 2022, she found strength in yoga and meditation and wants to share these practices with others. She lives with a small white cat called Gráinne and practices in the Surrey Hills area.
