Hello and welcome to the session,
I invite you to take a seat,
Lie down and get yourself comfortable,
Close down the eyes if you wish and just begin by slowing down the breath,
In through the nose,
Low into the belly and slow,
Taking a moment to scan the body and the mind space,
Releasing any surface level tensions and thoughts that can be released,
When you feel comfortable,
Gently placing a hand across the heart space and feeling the warmth of the hand upon your skin,
Today we're going to be practicing entering and embracing the heart space,
Just taking a moment to recognize where it feels like you or your consciousness is residing,
Oftentimes people will describe a space somewhere behind the third eye,
Inside the head,
Wherever you feel like you are located in this moment,
That's okay,
We're going to enter the heart space,
Moving or shifting that space of consciousness down,
And embodying,
Embracing and becoming the heart space,
Witnessing from the heart space,
So if at any time you find yourself wondering,
Just gently,
Lovingly,
Turn your attention back to the sensations of the heart space,
The feeling of the warmth of the hand upon your skin,
Now visualizing the heart space as a glowing ball of energy,
Or a light,
Or a flame,
Of whatever color manifests for you,
And with the breath,
The heart space grows stronger and brighter,
As you breathe in,
You visualize that ball of energy or light or flame growing stronger and brighter,
So we embody,
Embrace and become that heart space,
We are and we are within,
Whatever source of energy,
Of power,
Of life you prescribe to,
Within the heart space,
Within that flame,
With the breath,
The heart space grows stronger and brighter,
So we embody,
Embrace and become the heart space,
There is nothing that needs to be done,
Nothing that needs to be changed,
Just visualizing the heart space growing stronger and brighter with the breath,
So we embody,
Embrace and become the heart space,
Witnessing from that space,
With the breath,
The heart space grows stronger and brighter,
But now we're going to visualize it expanding,
Growing bigger,
Extending beyond just the heart space,
To cover the entirety of the body and the mind,
With the breath,
The heart space grows stronger and brighter,
And it expands,
So we embody,
Embrace and become the heart space,
The energy from this space extends outwards in all directions,
With the breath,
It covers the entirety of the body and the mind space,
Visualize that flame or ball of energy,
Become that flame,
Ball of energy,
Or light within the heart space,
The world,
Your world,
Internal and external,
Will feel a little bit different when viewed from the heart space,
We spend a lot of time in our minds,
But if we can take a moment to shift,
Shift into the heart space,
It's like we get a little bit of a different perspective on the world,
Like everything we do,
This is a practice,
A skill to be developed,
One to work on,
So we place a hand upon the heart space,
Feel the warmth of the hand upon our skin,
Settle into that space,
Visualize the heart space as a glowing ball of energy,
Light or flame of whatever colour manifests for us,
And with the breath,
We visualize it growing stronger and brighter,
And then expanding outwards,
Covering the entirety of the body and the mind space,
So we embody,
Embrace and become the heart space,
You find yourself wandering,
Distracted or lost in thought in the mind,
Turn your attention back to the hand upon the heart,
Back to the visualization,
And just be within the heart space,
Okay,
So with a practice like this,
Where we visualize and where we shift the state of consciousness,
You can choose to end the session,
Either by returning yourself back to the mind space,
Back to your usual,
Or choose to leave the visualization on,
So to speak,
Staying within the heart space,
Keeping the visualization of the heart space as a flame or a ball of energy,
Alive in the mind,
And that's something that I'll let you decide how you want to explore,
But this practice itself,
Entering the heart space,
Anchoring to it,
Witnessing from it,
There's a unique experience when you fall into this practice deeply,
Particularly when you bring it into your life,
You start to perceive the world differently,
It's almost like you're looking at things from a slightly different angle,
One that was always there,
But one that you may not have been paying much attention to,
And it's worth exploring,
And I guess the natural follow on is that you can explore the idea of entering different spaces in the body,
Witnessing from them,
Like the belly for example,
Once again doing a similar practice into the belly space yields a different view of the world,
Some spaces will feel natural to you and easy,
And others will not,
For me there's a curiosity there to explore,
Today and in the next few sessions we will be anchoring into the heart space and using it as a base to explore visualizations and healing practices,

I encourage you to explore this kind of practice,
Settle in and on the heart space,
Or perhaps on the belly if you'd like to explore that space,
Visualizing it as a glowing ball of energy,
Or light,
Or flame,
Or perhaps a plant,
Your visualizations are unique to you,
Which is why I'm quite sparse with my instructions with visualizations,
Your inner world is unique to you,
And you find the approach and the vision that serves the purpose you're aiming for,
With the goal of being,
Embodying,
Embracing,
Becoming that space,
Witnessing from that space,
In future sessions we'll use this approach to add healing and cleansing visualizations,
But this is the core,
