So as you prepare for this morning's practice,

Just taking a moment,

Turn your senses inward to become aware of your physical body,

A sense of unplugging from the busyness of the morning,

Perhaps even unplugging from the conversation and the dialogue that just happened.

Consider this your time,

A time of introspection,

A journey inward,

A time for grace,

And perhaps even a time for truth,

A surface.

Allow yourself to relax,

To trust,

And to let go.

Surrender to your higher power,

The source of the divine that lies within you,

For this is where truth lies,

Truth free of self-imposed boundaries,

Conditioning,

The space of where love resides within you.

Take a nice deep breath in,

Inhale,

And then let go with a sigh.

And again,

Nice deep breath in,

Inhale,

And then out with another sigh.

Now take a moment to scan your whole body from the front of the head to the tips of the toes,

Journeying through the body from body part to body part,

Free of any judgment or internal dialogue about that body part,

Just simply observe.

As you navigate from point to point,

Notice if you are experiencing any additional tension or holding in each body part.

And if or when you find something,

Pause on that body part,

And see that density beginning to dissolve,

Your body relaxing more and more with each breath cycle.

Now bring your attention to the center between the eyebrows,

Your third eye,

And drop into the spaciousness behind the forehead,

Deep inside the brain.

And as you hold your awareness here,

See the space deep inside the brain,

Pulsating light.

This is your command center.

It is here from the command center,

As we gaze outward and gaze inward,

We can observe the vast stillness,

Silence,

And peace that truly lie within you.

It is here in your command center that our intentions and affirmations are actualized and fulfilled effortlessly.

So bring into your awareness something that has held you back,

And simply observe that physical,

Mental,

Or emotional block that has held you from seeing and experiencing the fullness of your brilliance and magnificence.

This is not a time for internal dialogue about that which holds you back,

It is simply to observe,

With a willingness to let it go,

To give thanks to that which has held you back for all that it has done for you until this moment.

So allow the energy of that which holds you back to slowly begin to drain away,

In the light of your awareness.

And as this energy leaves the body,

In the emptiness left behind,

Bring into your awareness,

Acceptance,

Compassion,

Joy.

Choose to fill your body with the energy,

That feeling,

And repeat to yourself silently three times,

I am that I am,

I am that I am,

I am that I am,

And allow this to go into the deepest levels of recognition with no hesitation,

Having faith and trust that your affirmation has been heard,

Your affirmation is honored and acted upon by the source of the divine that lies within you,

For there's no need for you to do anything about it,

For this is who you truly are,

And have been all along.

Now make a commitment to yourself and your higher self,

That throughout practice you will participate wholeheartedly,

And trust that whatever issues or challenges have been with you for so long,

That those are dissolving spontaneously and effortlessly in the light of your awareness.

When you find distractions,

Internal or external,

Attempting to pull you out of your meditative state,

Come back to the feeling center of your affirmation,

And allow that energy to well up within you,

Surrender the mind,

And come back to the I am that I am.

Each time you do so,

You are guided from the unreal to the real,

You are guided to bring your light into the dark and dispelled shadows,

And you are guided in the time-bound state of the past and the future,

And with the emptiness of spirit,

You transcend to that timeless presence that you truly are.

Now shift from thinking and doing to feeling and being.

Again shift from thinking and doing to feeling and being.

Do absolutely nothing from now on,

Simply relax.

Relax beneath the mind and into a space of tranquility,

Stillness,

Peace,

Melting and merging into the oneness of the I am that I am.

Now follow my guidance and bring your awareness to the rhythm of your breath,

As we begin to prepare for our ideal breath integration.

Bring your awareness to the rhythm of the breath,

The gentle ebb and flow of breath in and out of your physical body.

Notice how shallow or deep your breath cycles are.

And then slowly,

Slowly,

With intention,

Begin to deepen each breath cycle.

There's nowhere to go,

There's nothing to do.

Simply be with the natural rhythm of your breath as it appears now.

Now bring your attention to your face,

Dropping all expression from the face.

Relax the jaw,

Allow it to hang heavy.

Unclench the teeth.

Release the tongue away from the roof of the mouth.

And the back of the tongue settles into the throat.

Drop the chin and slowly begin to transition from breath in and out of the nostrils to breath in and out of the open mouth.

Your lips are relaxed.

Just feel the fullness of breath in.

The texture of breath across your tongue,

Palate.

Your breath as it fills the body.

Notice the texture of breath as it leaves the body through the open mouth.

The lips relaxed.

As you prepare for the sound of the bell and the guidance of ideal breath.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Now stay with the rhythm of the bell.

Inhaling after the chime.

Exhaling.

As you let go of layers of tension in the body.

Your body begins to feel empty and light.

Hollow.

As your muscles melt on the rib.

You slide off the bones.

You surrender more deeply to this timeless rhythm.

All breath in and out of the open mouth.

Jaw relaxed.

Tongue relaxed.

Face relaxed.

Let go of the need to control or manage the experience.

Let go of the need to control or manage the experience.

And trust in the rhythm of your breath.

Feel your body rise with breath in.

And drop into deeper states of relaxation with breath out.

Feel your chest expand with breath in.

And retract with breath out.

This timeless cycle.

Allow your mind to be captivated by the rhythm of your breath.

As if nothing else existed.

Notice all resistance draining away.

The body remains nurtured in stillness.

As the vitality of the breath is absorbed.

As the vitality of your life force expands with each breath cycle.

Allow your breath to take you to an expansion beyond the skin boundary.

Where you melt and merge into oneness.

Your body empty,

Light and hollow.

Your body flooding with sensation.

Deepening your connection to the peaceful presence that lies within you.

Trust your breath.

Feel your breath.

Now allow your breath to return to normal.

Then notice.

Notice the breath.

Notice the impact it has.

On your entire body.

I am that I am.

I am that I am.

This is your eternal state of being.

That has been waiting for you to come home to.

Now follow my guidance as I guide your awareness through your body.

And as I move.

See yourself pulling away.

The layer of skin boundary to reveal your brilliance.

Your light.

Your sparkle and your light.

This light and energy clears the meridians of the whole body.

And you ignite the power of the I am that I am.

From within.

We'll begin at the center between the eyebrows,

The third eye.

Hollow the throat.

Right shoulder joint.

Elbow.

Wrist.

Tip of the right hand thumb.

Tip of the index finger.

Tip of the middle finger.

Tip of the ring finger.

Tip of the little finger.

Wrist.

Hollow the throat.

Left shoulder joint.

Heart center.

Hollow the throat.

Third eye.

Crown of the head.

At the crown of the head,

Visualize what thousands of petals invite to the lotus.

Unfolding the crown of the head.

The opening to the universe.

Allow messages from the universe.

Spirit guides,

Angels,

Loved ones.

To receive those messages from your higher power now.

See above you the vastness of the universe.

Complexity of stars and galaxies.

Planets.

And know deep within you that what you see is but a reflection of who you truly are.

Pull the power of the universe down the crown of the head.

The third eye.

The heart.

Solar plexus.

Pelvic bone.

Middle of the pubic bone.

And the fullness of the universe within.

Repeating to yourself silently once again three times.

I am that.

I am.

I am that.

I am.

I am that.

I am.

To realize and actualize that which you truly are creates a major paradigm shift.

So with the energy of faith and trust the paradigm shift slowly begin to deepen the breath bringing that awareness back into the physical body fully for your yoga nidra is now complete.

May you go in peace.

May you be peace.

And may peace prevail.

Namaste.
