Close your eyes.

Start to observe your breathing.

Breathe in.

Feel the breath entering into the lungs.

Breathe out.

Feel the breath leaving the lungs.

Breathe in,

The breath enters.

Breathe out.

Breath leaves.

Observe the lungs filling with air.

As you breathe in,

Observe the oxygen entering.

As you breathe out,

Feel the air leaving from the lungs,

Reaching back into the atmosphere.

Observe the carbon dioxide leaving.

Breathe in,

Oxygen enters.

Breathe out,

Carbon dioxide leaves.

Breathe in,

The rib cage expands.

Breathe out,

The rib cage contracts.

Keep the mind connected to the breath.

Breathe in,

The rib cage expands.

Breathe out,

The rib cage contracts.

Keep the mind focused on the breath as much as you can.

Now as you breathe in,

Observe a white light,

A white smoke entering,

Filling the rib cage,

Filling the lungs,

Reaching through into the blood stream,

Into the body,

Into every part of the body.

Then as you breathe out,

The dark smoke leaves,

Tiredness leaves the body,

The lungs,

The rib cage.

It's released back into the atmosphere with the out breath.

Breathe in,

The white light enters.

Breathe out,

The dark smoke escapes.

Breathe in,

White light enters.

Breathe out,

Dark smoke leaves.

Observe each in breath,

Each out breath.

Feel the mind coming to stillness.

Breathing in,

The white light enters.

Breathing out,

The dark smoke leaves.

The mind comes closer and closer to stillness.

The thoughts start to leave.

You realize how the thoughts are not important,

How the thoughts don't bring peace.

Now the breath and awareness on the breath brings peace.

And you focus on this stillness deep within.

Keep connecting to the stillness within.

You recognize yourself in this stillness.

And as you do,

You continue to observe the breathing,

Continue to allow stillness to grow in the mind.

Breathe in,

The rib cage expands.

Breathe out,

The rib cage contracts.

You focus your awareness more and more on the breathing.

Breathe in,

The rib cage expands.

Breathe out,

The rib cage contracts.

More and more silence grows within.

And as you reach this deepest point of stillness,

Of silence within,

Just in your mind's eye,

You see yourself in a beautiful valley surrounded by mountains.

Hear the sound of a river passing by.

You see flowers,

Trees.

You see a lake in the middle of the valley.

In your mind's eye,

You find yourself just seated by the lake,

Listening to the sounds of the water,

The sounds of the forest that surround the valley,

The sounds of the birds singing in the trees.

And you feel your mind coming closer and closer to stillness.

Your mind's eye,

You're still watching the breath.

Watch the in-breath,

The out-breath.

And you feel nature all around you.

As you breathe in,

You become aware that you're breathing in oxygen.

As you breathe out,

You become aware that you're breathing out carbon dioxide.

As you look around you in the valley,

You become aware of every creature there,

Every animal,

Every insect.

You feel how you're breathing in the same oxygen as every creature around you,

How you're releasing the same carbon dioxide as every creature around you.

And you start to think now about the nearest humans,

Other beings,

Again,

How you're sharing the same oxygen,

Breathing in the same oxygen,

Breathing out the same carbon dioxide that will merge back with the atmosphere.

And not just now the humans are closest to you,

But the humans all around,

All the humans on the planet are breathing in the same oxygen,

Breathing out the same carbon dioxide that will mix back with the atmosphere.

And now every animal,

Every creature on the planet is breathing in the same oxygen as you.

You're all breathing out the same carbon dioxide that merges back into the same atmosphere.

Every living being on the planet is breathing the same oxygen as you,

Breathing out the same carbon dioxide that will merge back with the atmosphere.

You're all breathing in,

Breathing out at the same time.

You realize how this breath is connecting you to every living being,

Not just here in the valley,

In the forest,

But to every living being on the planet.

You're all breathing in,

Breathing out the same air.

The same stillness is filling you.

Breathing oxygen enters.

Breathe out carbon dioxide leaves.

This is happening for every living being on this beautiful planet that's called the Earth.

The breath is connecting you,

Uniting you with every insect,

Every animal,

Every human.

We're all connected through the breath.

Continue to observe how we're all breathing in the same oxygen,

Breathing out the same carbon dioxide,

How we're all connected through the breathing.

And you look now throughout the forest,

The plants,

The flowers,

The trees,

Everything that grows towards the sun,

Everything within the great Mother Earth that has life,

Everything that's rooted in her soil.

And you see that all of this life that has its foundations in the Great Mother,

In the Earth herself,

Is breathing out the same oxygen that you are breathing in.

That every other creature on the planet is breathing in.

And the carbon dioxide that you breathe out is the same carbon dioxide.

The plants,

The trees,

The flowers,

These children of the Great Mother Earth are breathing in.

You breathe out the oxygen that the trees,

The flowers,

The plants breathe in.

You breathe in the same carbon dioxide that they release to you and to every creature on the planet.

We're connected by the breath,

Not just every animal,

Every insect,

Every living being.

But the breath also connects us to every tree,

Every flower,

Every plant.

We're sharing oxygen,

Carbon dioxide,

With every form of life on this planet.

We breathe out the oxygen that the trees breathe in.

We breathe back in,

The oxygen returns,

Carbon dioxide leaves with our out breath.

The trees breathe in the same carbon dioxide.

The trees release the oxygen that we breathe in.

Our out breath becomes their in breath,

Their out breath,

Our in breath.

Continue to observe the breathing,

Observing how the breath is connecting you to every plant,

Every tree.

How we're breathing in carbon dioxide,

How we're breathing in the oxygen that they're releasing,

How we're breathing out the carbon dioxide that they're breathing in.

Continue to observe the breath,

Feel how the breath is connecting you to every living being,

Every creature,

Every tree,

Every flower,

Every blade of grass on the planet.

We're breathing in,

Breathing out the same air.

Keep your awareness focused on the breathing.

Breathe in,

The rib cage expands,

Breathe out,

The rib cage contracts.

Remind yourself how you're sharing the breath with every form of life on the planet.

Every tree,

Every flower,

Every insect,

Every creature.

Continue to observe the breathing,

Feeling,

Seeing how the breath is connecting you to every form of life,

In the forest,

In the valley,

In the entire world around.

Observe how you're breathing in,

Breathing out,

Connecting to nature,

Connecting to every living being and every form of life.

Breathe in,

Oxygen enters,

Breathe out.

Carbon dioxide leaves.

Connect the awareness to the breath.

Breathe in,

The rib cage expands,

Oxygen enters your lungs,

Your body.

This oxygen that comes as a gift from nature that every human,

Every animal breathes in and shares.

As you breathe out the waste products and metabolism from your body,

Turn to carbon dioxide.

As carbon dioxide is released back into the atmosphere,

It becomes the in-breath of every form of plant life on this planet.

The breath connects you to life.

It's your connection to the world.

Connection means oneness,

Union,

Yoga.

The breath is life.

This is your connection to the universe around you.

You breathe in,

You breathe out,

You connect to the entire universe.

The oxygen inside you is a gift from every form of plant life on this planet.

The carbon dioxide you breathe out is your gift back to the plant life that's formed out of the soil of the great Mother Earth herself.

You breathe in,

Breathe out.

Connect yourself back to the universe.

Form yoga,

Form union,

Form oneness with the universe.

There is no you,

No me,

Just oneness here in the valley.

Oneness that connects you to all life.

Every creature,

Every animal,

Insect,

Human is breathing in the same oxygen that the great Mother Earth is giving to you as a gift.

Every human,

Insect,

Animal breathes out the same carbon dioxide that you give back to nature as a gift.

The only thing that exists is oneness,

Connection,

Union.

We're all part of each other.

We all contain the same breath of life.

The only thing that exists is oneness.

We're all connected to each other through the gift of life,

Through the breath.

As you observe the breath,

You realize that the only thing that exists is oneness,

Union.

This is a true meaning of yoga.

Connection,

Unity,

Union.

All life is one.

All life is a gift of the great Mother Earth herself.

She's within us.

We connect to all of her children via the breath,

Via breathing.

There is no you,

No me.

The breath connects all of us.

We're all breathing in,

Breathing out at exactly the same time.

You breathe in,

The breath fills your lungs.

You breathe out,

The breath leaves your lungs and connects you to the entire universe.

Anytime you need to remember this,

Just take your awareness back to the breathing.

Continue to observe your breath,

Feeling your oneness,

Your connection to the universe.

You're both palms together,

Taking the bottoms of the palms over the eyes.

Feeling the breath,

Feeling how you're connected to all life on this planet.

How you're connected to the great Mother Earth,

Who gives us all the gift of life,

Feeds us,

Nourishes us,

Fills us with the breath of life.

You feel your connection to her and to all life,

All living beings,

All of her creatures.

You slowly take your hands away,

Keeping your feeling of connection alive.

You slowly open the eyes,

Remembering the great Mother Earth is within you,

Remembering how the breath of life connects you to all living beings.

You keep this feeling with you,

Within you.

So you continue to breathe,

Continue to connect to all life,

Continue to connect to the planet.

Appreciated cycle of oxygen in, CO2 out, and connection to other living things. If you want some silent space in which to sit with cues, be aware this doesn't really have that--pretty continuous flow of instruction. Very calm and pleasant voice.
