This gentle, guided meditation takes you on a slow ascent through the body, helping you release tension from your feet all the way up to your face. Through breath, awareness, and visualisation, you’ll soften areas that commonly hold stress, especially the belly, jaw, and shoulders. As your body unwinds, you naturally shift out of fight-or-flight and into a calm, restorative “rest and digest” state. Perfect for supporting nervous system regulation, digestion, and deep physical relaxation.
