
Reiki For Procrastination

This meditation and reiki session will support you as you work to address procrastination in your life. You will receive Reiki energy to support you in understanding the reason you might be procrastinating and for supporting you in moving forward in your right direction. The guided portion is about three minutes, followed by 25 minutes of Reiki (just music while the energy does the work), and then I bring you back to the room and give you a few minutes to write down your thoughts at the end.

This is a guided meditation and Reiki session for procrastination.
Because this exercise could be considered a form of meditation,
Do not listen to it while driving,
Operating machinery,
Or doing any activity that requires you to be alert.
Please use good judgment and be safe when meditating or doing this exercise.
This meditation and Reiki session will support you as you work to address procrastination in your life.
You will receive Reiki energy to support you in understanding the reason you might be procrastinating and for supporting you in moving forward in your right direction.
There are many reasons you might procrastinate,
And they're not always bad.
Sometimes your heart knows it's not your next right step,
Or it's not the right time,
Or your nervous system would like some more rest or play first.
Or it might be that you are fully resisting taking action because of fear,
Apathy,
Or something else.
It is useful to understand why you're not taking action so that you can identify your next step.
This is a good exercise to do when you're feeling pressure to get something done that you can never find the time to do or are otherwise resisting doing.
If any emotions or sensations come up during this experience,
Try to stay with them and let them exist.
They are trying to move out of your body.
You might even try thanking and then releasing the emotion.
If the sensation becomes too uncomfortable,
Bring your attention back to the room,
Look around,
And remind yourself that you are safe.
If you feel the need to move your body during the experience,
Please feel free to do so.
You do not have to be perfectly still to receive the Reiki.
Let's begin.
Sit or lie down so that you're comfortable.
Close your eyes and breathe.
It's a beautiful,
Warm,
And sunny day.
You're walking down a path in a lush forest.
As you breathe in,
You inhale the life energy of the forest.
And with each step you take,
You feel the energy of the earth flowing up through the bottoms of your feet.
As you walk along,
You notice up ahead that it is getting lighter,
And you can hear a river flowing in the distance.
You walk toward the sound of the river.
You are now standing next to a crystal clear river flowing down from the mountains,
And you notice a path along the riverbank.
You decide to walk along the path,
And you come to a bend in the river.
The sun is shining off the rippled surface of the water,
Creating a glittering,
Shimmering light.
You realize this is no ordinary light,
But is coming from the highest heavens.
Allow this light to enter your soul.

Felt so relaxing, blissful sea .. Felt anxious at the beginning, soon felt relaxed & comfortable. My palms went to several places on my body & felt love & gratitude After it had finished , I just laid there in this sea of bliss, peace & love, felt tingles & shivers & utter tranquility that I've not felt since being on a meditation retreat a few years ago. Saw flashes of images. I'm sure that messages will come throughout my day. Now to practice my qigong Thank you I shall return 🙏❤
