This meditation and Reiki session will support you as you set goals related to a new project,
New Year's resolutions,
Or any other goal setting activity you're embarking on.
You will receive Reiki energy to support you in releasing the beliefs and activities that may hold you back from reaching your new goals.
This will allow you to create space for your new goals and ambitions.
If any emotions or sensations come up during this experience,
Try to stay with them and let them exist.
They are trying to move out of your body.
You might even try thanking and then releasing the emotion.
If the sensation becomes too uncomfortable,
Bring your attention back to the room,
Look around,
And remind yourself that you are safe.
If you feel the need to move your body during the experience,
Please feel free to do so.
You do not have to be perfectly still to receive Reiki.
Let's begin.
Sit or lie down comfortably.
Close your eyes.
And breathe.
It's a beautiful,
Warm,
And sunny day.
You're walking down a path in a lush forest.
As you breathe in,
You inhale the life energy of the forest,
And with each step you take,
You feel the energy of the earth flowing up through the bottoms of your feet.
As you walk along,
You notice up ahead that it's getting lighter,
And you can hear a river flowing in the distance.
You walk toward the sound of the river.
You are now standing next to a crystal-clear river flowing down from the mountains,
And you notice a path along the riverbank.
You decide to walk along the path.
You come to a bend in the river.
The sun is shining off the rippled surface of the water,
Creating a glittering,
Shimmering light.
You realize this is no ordinary light,
But it's coming from the highest heavens.
Allow this light to enter your soul.
Allow the light to guide you.

And at the pace that feels right for you,
Take a few breaths,
