In today's activation,
We're going into your body,
Into the love within you.
So when you're ready,
Take a seat or lay down,
Get yourself comfortable,
And take a nice deep breath.
And close your eyes or lightly gaze forward.
And then just start to notice your body.
You can notice the tension or tightness in areas.
Just see,
Notice where it is.
And allow yourself to breathe into those areas.
And just settle into being present,
Being here with your body,
And just noticing,
Noticing where you are,
The space you're in,
And feeling the air on your skin and the space around you.
And then wherever you are,
Imagine roots extending from the base of your spine,
Reaching deep into the earth beneath you.
Even if you're in a building,
The earth is right there,
A surface connecting to you.
You can feel the grounding and stability as these roots anchor you into the supportive energy of the earth.
Then in your mind's eye,
Visualize yourself standing at the entrance of a lush and vibrant landscape.
This is the landscape of your body.
You picture the surroundings as a place that represents the essence of who you are.
Take a moment and notice.
Who are you?
Feel that essence.
What comes to you?
Who?
What presence comes to you?
Do you feel calm or possibly anxiety?
Do you feel joy or sadness?
Do you feel peace and ease,
Or maybe work and stress?
What do you feel?
What do you notice?
This is you.
And again,
Notice where you are.
No judgment,
Just being present with who you are in this moment.
You then begin walking into this landscape of you,
And there in front of you is a light of peace.
Pure,
Unconditional love.
You sense the energy of this love,
And it grows bigger and bigger with every step.
You follow a path that leads you towards what feels like a deep-seated center of yourself.
Notice the colors,
Textures,
And sensations that accompany this journey deeper and deeper into you.
As you reach the center,
You find your heart space.
You picture this space as a radiant and welcoming place,
Glowing with a warm light.
You start to really feel the love that resides within your heart,
A love that is purely unconditional and accepting.
Place your hands over your heart,
Feeling the warmth and noticing the heartbeat.
And in your mind,
Repeat these affirmations.
I allow unconditional love.
I am love.
I accept and connect to the love within me.
And repeating those again,
I allow unconditional love.
I am love.
And I accept and connect to the love within me.
Allowing those words to really penetrate into your being.
You are,
I am love.
And you connect with that love within you.
You then start to sense the love expanding from you,
Like ripples in a pond.
It flows throughout your entire body.
Feel it reaching every organ,
Every limb,
And every cell within you.
Visualize your body being bathed in the soothing light of your love.
As you explore this inner landscape,
You come to different aspects of yourself.
You notice your strengths,
Your weaknesses,
And your strengths and weaknesses.
And perceived weaknesses.
Acknowledge and embrace each part with love and acceptance.
You understand and know that every facet contributes to the unique tapestry of who you are.
Take a moment and notice what comes up for you,
And give yourself that love and acknowledgement that you are loved.
You are uniquely and amazingly you,
Just as you are.
I'll be quiet now as you notice what strengths and what weaknesses make you you,
And love all those parts of you.
And then take another breath,
And give gratitude to your body for its resilience,
For its beauty,
And its uniqueness.
And to your heart for its capacity to love.
And finally to yourself for the journey you've had on this planet so far.
And really feel the love that you are.
Feel that deep connection to the essence of your being.
Then from the inner landscape of you,
You gradually bring yourself back to your awareness and to your physical room.
You feel the surface beneath you,
The air on your skin,
And the gradual rise and fall of your breath.
And you get to carry the warmth of your love with you.
You can take another deep breath,
And open your eyes when you're ready.
Know that when you're faced with challenges or self-doubt,
You can revisit this landscape within yourself,
Tapping into the love and acceptance that resides within your core.
You can embrace this journey of self-love as a process of growth and connection into the unique being that you are.
You take another breath,
You come back to the here and now,
And you come back to you.
From here you can journal and take any notes,
Anything that you noticed,
And go into your day knowing,
And knowing that you are uniquely you.

And you love.
