Today you'll be guided to a cave with crystals in the heart and in the cave in the heart it has a high vibration of love and as you go into this cave you'll feel and sense and really feel that love as it comes to you and during the visualization you'll also have a moment to connect with a spirit animal or spirit creature and know that whatever appears to you is what is right for you and if you have questions afterwards you can always look up online to see what the meaning of the different creatures might mean as a spirit animal or spirit guide.
To get started take a nice deep breath and get yourself seated or laying down whatever posture position is comfortable for you and if you'd like to lightly gaze forward or close your eyes whatever feels good to help you visualize and today again we'll be starting at a campsite and it's by a lake and you heard that there actually is a cave underneath the lake that you can swim down to and opens up to these healing crystals that are in the cave so you'll follow a path in the direction near this lake you feel relaxed and excited for the adventure ahead you come up to the edge of the lake and it's dark and mysterious looking but you feel no concern for the darkness of the water and you're actually looking forward to going in into the caves under the lake as you start to make your way into the water a spirit animal or spirit creature comes to you and they're going to show you the way and they're going to guide you to the caves and again whatever comes to you as your animal as your creature is what is right for you they're your guide and they're happy to be there and you step in and you continue making your way into the water you send your spirit animal spirit creature love and you continue into the water feeling it up over your shoulders you put your head under and you notice as you go in that you can actually breathe in the water so you have no worry of having to hold your breath and you feel natural like yourself as you're underwater then you start to notice a little vibration all over your body it's like a healing vibration that you feel you follow your spirit guide into the water into the depths of the water you go deeper and deeper and your guide is leading the way and the vibrations you feel get stronger but it feels good it makes you actually want to laugh and it's joyful as you go deeper and you feel like you're getting closer and closer and it's amazing this unconditional love just flowing through these vibrations to you and you know that deep in the heart of the cave is this heart of pure love your spirit animal is playful and joyful and they take you through the caves which you realize now as you come into the caves that they're crystal and you surface to an air pocket in the cave of the crystal and you climb climb into this cave up into the air pocket area and it's deep below the lake and you really feel that this is a special place that not many people actually come to you look over and you see crystal formation and to you you suddenly realize it looks like it's in the shape of a heart you feel it drawing you in to come sit by it and you sense the love again this profound unconditional presence of love and happiness and joy and it wants to share this love with you and it fills you up fills your heart up feels your entire being up with love and you sit enjoying basking in it and you breathe it in this love so much gratitude and appreciation for getting this gift and you know you're welcome to come back to this place anytime and your spirit animal comes up and joins you and you now have some time to sit with your spirit guide and ask questions seek guidance whatever it is you might want as you enjoy sitting in this energy of love you can also seek guidance from your spirit guide and i'll be quiet now for a moment and let you sit and spend a moment with them and you thank your spirit guide and send them love and appreciation for what they've given you you take some more time basking in soaking in the love vibration from the crystal heart and after a little bit you return with your spirit guide then leading the way again back out the cave and up to the lake above and you continue to make your way up to the surface of the lake thanking your spirit guide that joined you on the journey and thanking the crystal the healing and the love you make your way from the water onto the beach out of the lake walking back along the little path back to your campsite you breathe deeply again as you come back and you come back to you
