Journey To Upside Down Waterfalls And Seek Guidance

In today's journey we're going to a magical land of upside down waterfalls and floating mountains and in this magical place the spirits watch over us and support us. So when you're ready take a seat or lay down and then close your eyes or lightly gaze forward and take a nice deep and grounding breath and just notice your body. Notice where you are and then in your mind's eye imagine yourself standing at the edge of a dense and ancient forest. The air is thick with the scent of moss and earth and a gentle breeze rustles the leaves overhead. You can feel the energy of the forest all around you and it beckons you to enter. As you step deeper into the woods the trees seem to grow taller and more majestic. Their trunks adorned with vibrant phosphorescent moss that glows softly in the dim light. The path you follow becomes more winding and mysterious and you can sense the presence of ancient spirits that are watching over you. With each step the sounds of the modern world fade away replaced by the soothing songs of unseen birds and the distant murmur of a hidden stream. The path eventually leads you to a small pristine lake nestled among the towering trees. The water is crystal clear reflecting the canopy above like a mirror. You kneel by the edge of the lake and dip your hand into the water. As your fingers touch the surface the world around you begins to change. The lake ripples and shimmers and suddenly you are transported to a magical land. You find yourself standing at the edge of a vast lush canyon but this is no ordinary canyon. It's a land of wonders. Waterfalls flow upwards defying gravity. There's sparkling streams cascading from the sky to the ground. The water seems to dance in midair creating a mesmerizing display of liquid artistry. In the distance you see mountains that appear to float above the ground. Their peaks crowned with lush and hanging gardens. These floating mountains are suspended by the same mysterious force that makes the waterfalls flow upside down creating a surreal and enchanting landscape. As you explore this fantastical realm you notice vibrant bioluminescent flora and fauna all around you. Flowers emit a soft otherworldly glow and colorful creatures with wings like delicate stained glass flutter by leaving trails of sparkling light in their wake. You feel a deep connection to this magical land as if it has always been a part of your soul. You can sense the energy and wisdom of the land and its ancient spirits flowing through you. It's a place of harmony and balance where nature's magic reigns supreme. You continue to explore this realm and then you notice a large creature coming towards you. On seeing them in your mind's eye you know right away this is your spirit guide and they are there to give you guidance and support and answer any questions that you have. You take a moment now to connect with the spirit guide asking them questions or to seek guidance and you thank your spirit guide and send them love for their guidance and support. You continue to absorb the beauty and wonder of this upside down waterfall floating mountain realm. You also feel the energy of the land filling you with a sense of peace serenity and profound connection to the natural world. After taking some time you make your way back towards the lake again touching your hand to the surface and once again you're transported back to where you started in the ancient forest. You gradually make your way back to the everyday reality and back to your body and you open your eyes and you carry with you the memories of this magical journey and the knowledge that the wonders of the natural world are boundless and ever present and just waiting and just waiting to be discovered and you come back to you.
