The body is anchored in the here and now while the mind travels to the past and future.

The Buddha.

When we're caught in the loop of our thoughts or bogged down by worst-case scenario planning,

We often forget to pop our head up for air or to take a glimpse of the bigger picture beyond our narrow field of vision.

When there is uncertainty or something isn't clear,

The way to bring yourself back to the present moment is to pause,

Take a breath,

And ask this one simple question.

What is true for me right now?

Today's invitation is to breathe into the spaces of your life that feel unclear.

To begin,

Find yourself in a comfortable position,

Sitting tall or lying down,

Gently bringing your eyes to close.

Take in that moment to lean into the stillness,

To follow the pattern of your breath,

Noticing the rise and the fall of your chest with every inhale and exhale.

Let's begin.

Inhale through your mouth.

Exhale,

Let the breath go.

Deep breaths all the way down into your belly.

Allow your torso to expand.

Front to back,

Side to side.

What parts of your life feel scattered?

Where's the distraction?

Use the breath.

Let it go.

Sweep it out of the way.

Where are you disconnected from yourself?

Keep breathing.

You're doing great.

Use the breath to clear.

Let's take our first breath.

Hold deep.

Inhale,

Fill up your lungs.

Exhale,

Release.

Last time,

Deep inhale.

Fill it fully.

Hold the breath at the top.

You're clearing to become clear.

Keep sending the breath all the way down to your belly.

Be here now.

Feel the presence of you alive in this very moment.

Coming into our final breath.

Hold deep.

Inhale,

Fill up your lungs.

Exhale,

Release.

Last time,

Deep inhale.

Let the breath go.

Hold on empty.

Who you are.

See it clearly.

Feel it.

Come back to your natural breathing rhythm.

Clarity is about remembering your innate wisdom,

The intellectual genius and uniqueness you already possess.

What's one step you can take today to remind yourself of all the innate resources already available to you?

Thanks for making the time for you.

I'll see you again soon.
