A 6-minute practice to help you stop the spiraling of the busy mind. When there is uncertainty or something is not clear, and you fnd yourself caught in the building tension of anxiety, use the breath to anchor you in the present moment. We'll start with an activating mouth-breathing pattern to free our thinking mind, and return to our feeling body. Focusing on breathing into the spaces of our life that feel like a distraction or are creating a sense of disconnection. We'll switch to nasal breathing to down-regulate our nervous system and reconnect with the truth of this moment, discovering the innate wisdom within our bodies.
