Hello,

I'm Nicole and I will be guiding you through this meditation.

Come to a comfortable position,

Whether that's laying down or sitting.

If comfortable,

You can close your eyes and have your gaze looking downwards.

Take a few moments to focus in on your breath.

Feel your chest rise as you inhale and lower as you exhale.

Feel the cool air as it enters your nose and as it exit your nose.

With each exhale,

Your body is becoming more and more relaxed.

Your mind is becoming quiet.

Your thoughts are slowing down.

Your feet are becoming heavy.

Your legs are becoming heavy.

Your arms are relaxing.

Your hands are relaxing.

Inhale and exhale.

Your shoulders are relaxed.

Your face is relaxed.

Your mind is calm.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Now focus your intention to any place in your body.

You may feel tension.

Take a deep breath in,

Feeling your chest rise,

Feeling your belly and exhale,

Releasing the tension.

Take another deep breath in,

Sending oxygen throughout your body and exhale,

Releasing the tension.

And go back to your own natural breathing.

Imagine you're outside in a safe and peaceful place.

You feel the gentle air on your skin.

The temperature is comfortable.

You feel the sun on your face.

What do you smell?

What do you see?

This is your safe space.

Inhale,

Smelling the fresh air.

Look around at the peaceful sights.

Take a moment to enjoy the peacefulness and calmness in your safe space.

Inhale,

Smelling the fresh air.

Look around at the peaceful sights.

Look around at the peaceful sights.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Begin to bring your mind and body back to the present moment.

Begin to gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.

You can do a full body stretch.

Inhale and reaching your arms overhead,

Stretching through your fingertips to your toes.

Exhale and releasing your arms back by your side.

As you come back to the present moment,

Take a moment to enjoy this time of relaxation.

Always know you can return to your safe space anytime you need to calm your mind and relax your body.

Inhale and exhale.

Look for peace within and own your breath.

Always be who you are and know a light shines bright in you.

Thank you for joining me.
