Welcome to the before the exam meditation.

Let's sit up straight.

Nice aligned spine.

Close the eyes.

Relax the face and jaw.

Start breathing in.

A three count inhale.

A five count exhale.

Allow the deep breathing to send the message to your mind that everything is okay.

There's no need to worry.

Place your focus on your third chakra,

Which is right below your navel point,

Which is the chakra that gives us our confidence,

Our grace.

And in your mind's eye,

Repeat after me,

I am prepared.

I am confident.

I am at ease.

Breathing in deeply.

Exhaling completely.

I am prepared.

I am confident.

I am at ease.

I am prepared.

I am confident.

I am at ease.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Breathing out.

Letting the vibration of the gong align your third chakra to give you grace and confidence.

Understanding and all your hard work in studying,

All your preparation will lead your intuition to provide you with the correct answer on this exam.

You are prepared.

You are confident.

You are at ease.

Now a nice deep breath in.

A complete exhale,

Pulling the belly button toward the spine.

And you are ready to take the exam.

You are going to do great.
