Dirft off wherever you are listening to a guided meditation, visualising a beautiful calm beach, while sat at a palm tree, feeling the warm sun beaming down on you and a gentle breeze blowing. Allow your thoughts to drift away and feel calm and relaxed.

Hello,

This is going to be a 10 minute meditation relaxation visualization.

So coming into a comfortable seated position.

Dropping your shoulders gently down away from your ears.

And allowing your eyes to gently close.

Just softening through your forehead,

Your cheekbones.

Relaxing your jaw.

And bringing your tongue away from the roof of your mouth.

No Just bringing your awareness to your body.

And allowing your eyes to gently close.

And allowing your eyes to gently close.

And allowing your eyes to gently close.

Just bringing your awareness to your breath.

Inhaling through your nose.

And exhaling through your mouth.

Just bringing your awareness completely into your body.

Into your mind.

And into your breath.

With every inhale saying to yourself,

Let.

And with every exhale saying to yourself,

Go.

And just allowing your mind to be free.

Letting any thoughts go.

Trying not to grab any thoughts.

Letting any thoughts go.

Trying not to grab onto them.

And just feeling completely calm,

Content.

And relaxed in your body.

Slowly starting to soften from the soles of your feet.

And working all the way up.

Just slowly releasing every muscle.

Imagining your muscles peeling away from your bones.

Still inhaling and exhaling.

Paying any particular attention to any tight areas.

Maybe in your pelvis.

Releasing the stress in your pelvis.

Or maybe in your shoulders.

And still saying to yourself with your inhales,

Let.

And your exhales,

Go.

Completely clearing your mind of thoughts.

And then bring in your mind to be present on a beach.

Sitting down under a palm tree.

Nobody around but you.

Feeling the warm sun beaming down on you.

A gentle breeze blowing.

Just noticing the colours around you.

The white soft sand.

Crystal clear blue water.

Beautiful blue sky.

Whispy white clouds.

Green palm trees.

And just feeling completely calm and relaxed.

Picking up the white soft sand between your fingers and your toes and just letting it fall through.

Resting your back,

Resting your head on your palm tree.

Just listening to the waves lapping against the shore.

And just feeling calm,

Enjoying your time alone.

And then you decide to take a walk down to the sea.

Slowly getting up from where you were sitting under your palm tree.

And slowly starting to walk down the beach.

Feeling the soft sand in between your toes,

On the soles of your feet.

Noticing with every step your foot slightly sinking into the sand.

Feeling the warm sun on your body.

A gentle breeze cooling you down.

And just gazing out to the water.

Listening to the waves lapping against the shore.

And then when you get down to the water's edge you take a little paddle.

Feeling the water just around your feet and your ankles.

Noticing your feet sinking slightly into the wet sand.

The cool water cooling your body.

And you either stay there or you just walk along the water's edge.

Every step you take,

Noticing your feet.

Just pushing gently into the sand.

Feeling the wet sand pushing up through your toes.

Still gazing out to the sea or looking back up the beach.

Looking at all the lovely palm trees.

And then you take a walk back up to where you were sitting.

Just resting your head sitting back down leaning against your palm tree.

As you start to bring your mind back into the room wiggling your fingers wiggling your toes.

Bringing the sensation back into your body.

Namaste.
