Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian and this meditation is for your throat chakra.
So if you're having problems expressing yourself,
This is the meditation for you.
So find a place where you can talk out loud.
During this meditation you'll be talking out loud.
So find a private place where you can express yourself,
Where you can talk out loud.
And when you find that place,
Softly and gently close your eyes.
And just bring your awareness and attention to your breathing.
Noticing your breath,
Observing your breath.
And all you're doing is observing your breath,
Noticing your breath.
Noticing your inhale and your exhale.
This breath,
Your life force,
This energy.
Just being the witness,
Just observing.
And allowing your mind to meet your body.
Allowing your mind to come back to the room.
And just invite your mind to your room,
To your space.
Maybe you feel the air on your skin.
And just feeling the room,
The energy,
The temperature.
And every experience of your life has brought you to this moment.
You chose to press play.
You chose to pick this meditation.
You're exactly where you need to be.
Clearing away any expectations for your day,
Clearing any expectations for this meditation.
All you have to do is breathe and listen to the sound of my voice.
But you don't have to try to listen or to control the listening.
You can just allow your conscious mind to let go.
And as your conscious mind lets go,
Your unconscious mind listens and hears everything it needs to hear.
So you can relax,
You can settle,
You can let go.
Now start to take control of your breath.
So with your mouth closed,
Breathe in and out through your nose and find a steady,
Comfortable,
Intuitive breath.
Each and every breath you take you relax even more and more.
Each and every breath you take you settle,
You sink deeper and deeper into relaxed state.
And your whole body can surrender.
Your whole body can let go.
Your whole body can sink deeper and deeper and deeper still.
Because you deserve to relax and you deserve to let go.
And allow all those thoughts in your mind to just be.
Allow all those thoughts in your mind to just flow in and flow out.
Just like waves forming against the shore and waves crashing against the shore.
In and out.
Nice and smooth.
Smooth and steady.
Deeper and deeper still.
And you soon start to notice a wave of relaxation all throughout your body.
And you soon start to realize your breathing has slowed down.
And as your breathing slowed down,
Your body has slowed down.
And as your body slows down,
Your mind follows.
Steady breath.
Steady body.
Steady mind.
And in just a moment,
I wonder if you can use that great imagination here.
And in just a moment,
I wonder if you can imagine the biggest ear.
The universe's here,
It's the biggest here.
And in just a moment,
You'll imagine you'll see this here.
And you can say anything you like into this sympathetic ear.
Unconditional love just wants to listen to you.
It's the universe here.
This sympathetic ear.
Now,
Imagine this ear.
This sympathetic ear.
The universe.
And whatever you need to say,
Whatever you need to express,
Out loud use your voice.
And talk directly into the sympathetic ear.
Unconditional love.
It just wants to listen.
Talk now.
Express yourself now.
And in just a moment,
I wonder if you can use this great imagination here.
Unconditional love.
It just wants to listen.
Anything you'd like to express,
Anything you'd like to talk about.
The universe is here with its sympathetic ear.
The universe is here with its sympathetic ear.
And you can remain here talking as long as you need.
Getting all those emotions out.
Expressing yourself to the universe.
