Often accompanied on the mat by her two rescue dogs, Teri is passionate about sharing her love for yoga on and off the mat, hoping to bring a wave of positivity and light into her teaching. While building flexibility and strength through intuitive movement, in her class, Teri’s main intention as a teacher is to guide her students to truly connect with their breath and encourage them to slow down and unwind before they return to the fast-paced world we all live in.
