Connecting to your intuition guided meditation.
Heart focused breathing can be used to enhance our connection with our intuition and cultivate intuitive intelligence.
So welcome namaste and make yourself comfortable in a position that allows you to be alert.
We'll start by taking a few deep vagus nerve breaths.
This means breathing into your nostrils and out from your mouth.
As you take these deep breaths,
I would like to invite you to focus on your heart center,
The anahata chakra.
You can place your left hand on your heart as you breathe,
The ring finger leading directly to the heart.
Let your breath breathe in its natural rhythm.
I invite you to now think about a problem or a decision you're currently facing and formulate a question around it.
With your hands still placed over your heart,
Move your awareness from your heart to the area between your eyebrows,
The ajna chakra.
Taking a deep breath in and out and then on your next deep breath in,
Connect to your intuition,
Your gut or your instinct.
Think of that question that you just formulated and observe what arises in terms of possible positive solutions.
As you feel into the question,
Bring your focus back to your heart,
Being keenly aware of any sensations around your heart.
As you consider each question that you send out to the universe,
Allow in that stillness an answer to arise and observe whatever resolution pops into your mind or your heart.
Namaste.
