Hello,

Dear one,

It's Lenka.

I'm so glad to have you here with me.

Welcome to today's meditation.

A morning full of gratitude,

Reconnecting to what lights you up.

I invite you to sit down.

Let this be your moment,

A small,

Sacred pause in your day.

Close your eyes now.

Let your hands rest in your lap or on your heart.

Carve out a little stillness for yourself.

Let the noise soften.

Let the day wait.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Inhale.

And exhale slowly through your mouth.

And again,

Breathe in deeply.

And exhale,

Sigh it out.

And one more.

Inhale into your belly,

Hold it,

And now gently let it all go.

Let your shoulders soften.

Let your face relax.

Let your whole body begin to settle into this space.

Settle into the stillness.

This is a powerful practice.

If you return to this meditation daily,

Even just for 8 weeks,

You will feel a real shift.

You will feel more connected to yourself,

More present in your life.

Your focus will sharpen and your overall sense of well-being will begin to rise,

Softly but deeply.

So my invitation is this,

Come back to this practice over and over again.

Whenever you need to reconnect.

Whenever you want to feel more like you again.

Let's take a moment now to reconnect,

To remember what lights you up.

Not the big stuff,

Not the milestones,

Or the someday dreams.

But the small things,

The everyday moments that bring you joy.

That soften your heart.

That remind you,

You are alive.

Because when life feels heavy,

When to-do list is long,

When you are moving through stress,

When things don't go the way you thought they would,

It is the small sparks that brings you back.

So take a deep breath,

Dear one.

Drop into your heart.

And gently ask yourself,

What are three small things I feel grateful for right now?

Not what you should be grateful for,

But what genuinely brings a sense of warmth,

Or lightness,

Or calm.

Maybe it is the way your cup of coffee smelled this morning.

Maybe it is that patch of sunlight on your pillow.

The way a breeze felt on your skin.

A kind,

Unexpected word from someone yesterday.

Maybe it is the tree you always pass on the way to work.

The river that keeps flowing,

Changing,

Evolving.

The flower blooming.

Let them come to you.

No pressure,

No overthinking.

Just three small,

Beautiful things.

Now feel each one.

Not just in your mind,

But in your body.

Where do you feel that sense of gratitude?

Let it rise with your breath.

Let it settle in your chest,

Your belly.

The space behind your eyes.

And one by one,

Name them,

Silently,

Or whisper them out loud.

I am grateful for.

Breathe in.

Let it move through you.

I am grateful for.

Feel your breath soften,

Your body respond.

I am grateful for.

.

.

Let your heart expand with the truth.

And just rest here for a few more breaths now.

Soaking in that feeling.

Letting gratitude become your state.

Yes,

Life is stressful.

There will be always something.

Another deadline,

Another distraction,

An argument,

A disappointment.

A moment that pulls you out of yourself.

That's just life doing what life does.

But what you choose to focus on,

That's your power.

And when you choose to focus on what you love,

What lights you up,

What's already here,

What's real.

You change your energy.

You change your day.

You change your life.

You are the creator of your own experience.

And even in the middle of a storm,

You can choose presence.

You can choose to breathe.

You can choose to come home to yourself.

Now feel that gratitude again.

Feel where it lives in your body.

In your heart,

In your chest,

In your breath.

Let it fill you.

Let it soften you.

Go in this feeling of gratitude.

The more your nervous system recalibrates,

The more you light your heart up from the inside out.

So linger here a little longer.

Let it wash over you.

Let this gratitude settle deep into your bones.

Every single day you wake up is a miracle.

Every single breath you take is sacred.

And yes,

Whatever you are facing,

This storm will pass too.

There is more for you.

More light.

More alignment.

More life that feels like you.

So as you carry this feeling into your day,

Let it guide you.

Let it remind you of who you are and what really matters.

You are here.

You are awake.

Start to bring small movements into your fingers,

Your toes.

Stretch if your body asks for it.

Roll your shoulders.

And now come back into the space around you.

Softly open your eyes.

Gratitude is not just a feeling.

It's a frequency.

And today,

You are in it.

You are it.

Thank you for choosing yourself.
