Hello,
Welcome.
Go ahead and find a comfortable position that will allow you to begin letting go of tension and slipping into stillness.
Begin by softening your eyelids,
Breathing in and as you exhale,
Softening your cheeks and jaw.
Unfurrow your forehead and release.
Follow that smoothness of your face as you feel it seeping down your throat and into your chest.
Let it wash down your shoulders and into your arms.
All the way down into your fingers as you breathe in and breathe out.
Can you begin to feel this physical release of tension as you feel the smoothness rolling into your fingers?
Allow the smoothness to continue from your chest rolling into your belly.
Can you feel the unbinding here?
Just an easy breath in and easy flow of your breath out.
That smoothness rolls over the hips and into your legs,
Washing over the fronts and the backs of your knees,
Flowing all the way over the ankles and into your toes,
Letting go.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Today we acknowledge mindfulness so that we can ground ourselves in this present space,
In this reality.
Do you often feel a million thoughts flowing through your mind?
Give yourself permission to release your real of thoughts for the next few moments.
Often we suffer in our imagination due to this real of thoughts more than we suffer in reality.
Let this sink in.
What does this mean?
We often suffer more in our imagination than we do in reality.
When we allow our minds to indulge in the repeating of thoughts,
The replaying of events,
Our reality begins to warp in our imagination.
So we show up today not to feel shame or suffer.
We show up today to give awareness to the real of thoughts.
When that real begins,
Acknowledge it.
Then set it aside as you come back to your breath.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Rusher w Massachusetts,
Breathing in.

Thank you for sharing your time with me today.
For tapping into mindfulness.
The light in me honors the light in you.
Namaste.
