Hi everyone,

I'm Katie and welcome to this meditation minute.

Take a moment to get comfortable,

Settle in,

And close your eyes.

Now take your attention to your breath and silently in your mind repeat after me.

Breathing in,

I breathe in calmness.

Breathing out,

I feel calm.

Breathing in,

I breathe in acceptance.

Breathing out,

I accept what is.

Breathing in,

I breathe in health.

Breathing out,

I am healthy.

Breathing in,

I breathe in safety.

Breathing out,

I feel safe.

Breathing in,

I breathe in love.

Breathing out,

I am loved.

Breathing in,

I breathe in peace.

Breathing out,

I feel peaceful.

Stay here as long as you'd like until you're ready to continue with your day.
