Transcript

Take a comfortable posture,

Either seated or lying down,

Allowing your body to completely relax.

Gently close your eyes,

Inviting your inner gaze to focus on this present moment.

Begin to breathe deeply,

Inhaling a sense of calm through your nose,

And slowly exhaling any tension you might feel.

Feel how the fresh air fills your lungs,

And how,

As you exhale,

You gently release everything you no longer need.

Bring your attention to your body,

From the crown of your head to the tips of your toes,

Relaxing every muscle,

Every fiber.

Allow yourself to let go of any worry,

Any distracting thoughts,

And simply be,

Here and now.

Now,

With your mind serene,

Imagine you are in front of a pond of crystal clear and calm water.

In the center of this pond,

You observe a beautiful lotus flower,

Still with its petals gently closed like a promising bud.

Look at its colors,

Its texture,

The stillness that surrounds it,

The purity of the water that sustains it.

With each slow and conscious breath,

The lotus flower begins to open,

Very gently,

One petal at a time.

Observe how each petal unfolds with grace,

Without haste,

Revealing its golden center,

Its luminous essence.

Feel the energy of this opening,

Of this revelation of beauty and perfection in its own perfect time.

Just as the lotus flower emerges immaculate from the darkness of the mud into the light,

You too have the capacity to flourish from your own purest essence.

Allow the serenity and beauty of this flower to settle in your heart,

Filling you with a profound peace.

Connect with that feeling of inner calm that resides within you,

Always present,

Always accessible,

Like the radiant center of the lotus.

You are a being of light,

Of purity,

Of immense peace,

Capable of expanding your beauty and serenity to the world.

Breathe in this truth.

Feel it vibrating in every cell of your body,

Recognizing your own greatness and worth.

Now,

Bring your attention back to your breath,

Feeling gratitude for this moment of connection and peace.

Recognize the strength and serenity you have cultivated in this sacred space within you.

Take one more deep breath,

Filling your body recharge with soft and conscious energy.

Gently move your fingers and toes,

Beginning to return to the outside world.

When you feel ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Carrying the calm and peace of the lotus flower into every moment of your day.

Thank you for sharing this moment with me.

See you soon.
