Together we can achieve so much more. We can uplift each other, unite to have a positive impact on our communities. So lets thrive together! This meditation was written for a Yoga Mala that was titled Together We Thrive. I had the privilege of closing the yoga mala with a mediation and sound bowls. Hope this beings some hope and that we can come together in what seems like a fractured world. Please review the meditation, if you wish, it helps me be better and improve.

Hello everyone,

My name is Chathna and thank you for joining me on this platform.

I will take you through a meditation called Together We Thrive.

This is one I wrote in April this year,

2025,

When I was asked to close out a Yogamala program,

Raising money for a non-profit that offers free yoga to people who may be going through cancer,

Their family,

Caregivers,

As well as people affected by domestic and drug abuse as well.

The non-profit does amazing work and it was my absolute honor to lead and close out the Yogamala,

Which was a program where we went through 108 sun salutations,

Taking about three hours.

So it was a great way to come together and do something for a good cause.

So Together We Thrive was the theme of the Yogamala,

So the meditation that I wrote is Together We Thrive.

Okay.

Begin to settle.

Shimmy your shoulders.

If you're laying down on your yoga mat,

Feel the parts of your body connected to the mat and supported by the earth.

If you're sitting,

Just notice the parts of your body supported and connected to the ground,

To the chair,

Allowing your shoulders to relax.

Let your breath settle into its natural rhythm.

Softening and relaxing the muscles in your face.

Take a moment to acknowledge our shared presence and the interconnectedness that we all hold.

We're here together.

As you relax and settle,

Bring awareness to your belly,

Gently rising and falling.

Your heart is open to all the possibilities.

And holding no judgment or attachment.

Allow each exhale to release tension,

Tightness,

Letting it peel away slowly to bring about a sense of ease.

Being present with the sensations.

Simply observing them as they are.

As you breathe,

Imagine a gentle warmth spreading through your body.

A feeling of comfort and safety.

Allow the space between your body,

Your mat,

The ground,

Get smaller and smaller.

Allowing yourself to be fully relaxed.

Take your awareness to your heart center.

Begin to visualize a ball of golden light.

With each exhale,

The golden light radiating out of every pore from your heart center.

This radiating golden light connecting,

Interwining with the radiating golden light of others.

The radiating light getting brighter,

Stronger as the rays expand,

Encompassing all of us.

As a beacon of our shared humanity and interconnectedness.

We are a part of the whole.

Knowing you're contributing to the whole.

You're contributing to the golden light to radiate further.

To be resilient.

To radiate brighter.

To be stronger.

You breathe in.

You breathe out.

Your exhale sends out a wave of compassion and kindness to everyone in this space and beyond.

Your exhale sends out a wave of peace.

To everyone in this space and beyond.

Your exhale sends out a wave of love to everyone in this space and beyond.

This wave lifts you.

You feel the warmth of the golden light envelope you.

You are protected.

You feel supported.

You feel connected with others.

You allow a sense of hope and optimism to carry you.

As you know,

Together we thrive.

You feel connected with others.

You feel the strength and resilience to carry you through any challenges you may face.

As you know,

Together we thrive.

You feel connected with others.

You feel the compassion and kindness to carry you through the minutes,

The hours,

The days,

The weeks and months ahead.

As you know,

Together we thrive.

You breathe in.

You breathe in.

You breathe out.

Begin to deepen your breath.

Coming back to the sensations in your body.

Feel the connection.

Together we thrive.
