A short and sweet meditation on the power of the subconscious.
So let's begin by finding a comfortable seat or a chair on the sofa or in the lotus,
Whatever feels comfortable and makes you feel at ease.
You may close your eyes and just begin to tune in to your breath.
Inhaling,
Exhaling.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
The power of the subconscious.
Practising positivity is said to bring a change in our lives.
Our minds are powerful.
And if we believe in the way we use affirmations,
Affirmations can bring about a change in our lives.
Our subconscious mind believes whatever the conscious mind tells it.
If you believe in your power within yourself and the power of the unknown,
It is possible to achieve and experience change.
Take a breath in and slowly exhale.
Notice your breath.
Begin to repeat the following affirmations to yourself.
I am happy and content with my life.
I thrive in positivity.
I am grateful for what I have.
I am loved.
I am capable of doing hard things.
I have faith and belief in my ability.
I am grateful for what I have.
As you repeat these statements,
You're manifesting.
And you're manifesting it as positive energy into the world,
Knowing that like attracts like.
Repeat.
