From this space of stillness,
Begin to focus on your breath.
Take a breath in.
Slowly exhale.
Bring your awareness to the ground that supports you.
It is strong and firm.
Continue to stay with your breath.
Slowly feel the tension dropping away.
You begin to feel lighter and lighter.
You're creating space between your shoulders and ears.
Your neck is lengthening.
You feel lighter.
You feel free.
Draw your attention to your face.
As your muscles relax,
Your jaw is unclenched.
You feel your face soften.
You feel lighter.
You feel free.
With each breath you take,
Your chest feels lighter and lighter.
You feel free.
You begin to focus your attention to your hips.
Imagine two bolts beginning to unscrew.
You feel lighter.
You feel lighter.
You feel free.
The bolts burst open,
Freeing any tension.
You feel lighter.

You notice your whole body feels lighter.
You notice your whole body feels free.
You are lighter.
You are free.
Slowly take a breath in.
