Alright,
So.
.
.
Let's find a spot for our body.
Allow it to become still.
A little bit taller through the spine on an in-breath.
And a little bit softer with the out-breath.
Making some space for a deeper breath.
Allowing those deeper breaths.
Eep your awareness with the deeper breaths as best you can.
Setting aside the external world and its demands,
Its challenges.
But to feel the flow of the breath.
Slow expansion.
And not so much of a contraption as a letting go of it after.
Expand and release expanding,
And releasing.
And probably we've become aware of allowing the body expand and release in a comfortable way and how sometimes we don't do that,
How sometimes we seem to be arguing with the breath and Trying to do something that the breath doesn't want to do and how uncomfortable it feels.
Finding that pattern of breath That is easy.
That works with the flow.
But still deeper.
Still nourishing our body more than our mind.
Unconscious shallow breaths.
Becoming aware with the breath,
We're interacting with the external world.
It's continuous give and take.
It's so familiar.
But we don't notice it most of the time.
And this flow back and forth.
And remind us.
There are these flows everywhere.
In the natural world we have these back and forth flows on the beach Grrrr.
Even in the earth on a slab.
Just very slow scale.
In our bodies,
Our currents and flows,
Our seasons.
So flows in space like water and in time like seasons.
Civilizations rising,
Falling,
Changing.
Fashions everywhere.
There is giving and taking and flowing.
On all kinds of scales.
From the microscopic for the universal.
Taking a few deep breaths with this continual movement.
What is constant?
In this vast movement.
What is the constant?
Your awareness.
So let's take a few deeper breaths.
And rest as our witness self.
Maybe becoming aware of the flows within us.
Energy of fluids and of breath and of thoughts.
Where?
Of movement.
Around us.
In our local environment,
The room,
House.
Garden and the space just beyond our house.
Spreading out everywhere.
Constant change.
Trees,
Seas,
Skies.
Buildings being put up.
It's mouldy and torn down.
Different scales,
Different materials.
Out into the universe Earth's conditions,
Bubble changing,
Solar system,
As far as all that is.
Take a deep breath and allow it all to move.
And we rest.
Almost like in a tornado in our witness self.
And we observe.
Things changing,
Flowing back and forth that we are unaware of.
Cycle's too large,
The thing's too small.
We're invisible.
Not only do I invite you to rest Peacefully in the centre.
But to flow with these tides.
As we fight with the breath from time to time.
So we can fight against the change.
But there are Tides acting upon us.
Of all kinds.
And you may bring to mind some that are acting upon your life.
Day tomorrow.
And I invite you to release yourself into the flow.
Bye.
Release your breath.
From control.
Release yourself.
And the unsafe person,
A small separate self our ego wants to control and to fix.
To know and to understand.
Hold it all.
Safe and secure and that's completely understandable.
And the end.
Then everything is fixed.
And tight and small.
A deep breath in.
Expand into what we don't know.
Don't understand.
And only here is growth.
We must change.
Expand if we wish.
Change and expand and grow.
So let the wind blow upon you.
And let the tide move you Currents of all kinds.
Let all that is Harry.
And we get to this interesting intersection of.
.
.
The will of all that is,
The direction of the current.
The Divine Plan.
And then there's our will.
And our plan and our ideas and our intentions.
And sometimes,
Like the breath,
I feel clunky and uncomfortable.
Global currents.
Are the sea that we float upon.
Our will,
Our intention is the same.
So we don't fight.
The sea or the wind.
All that is.
But we set our sail.
Thankfully.
Hopefully.
To work with.
Occasionally we might just button down the hatches.
And wait for the storm to pass.
But it will.
And that'll be.
.
.
With a blue sky and a fair wind again.
Breathe it in.
Where sailing comes and goes.
We can learn to sail.
Deep breaths.
Resting with the breath.
And the current.
The breeze.
Whatever that means for us in this moment.
Coming back.
To our body.
Lepre.
Taking a moment of gratitude for sharing a practice.
And sorrow.
Let us return.
I cannot journey past.
Begin to move.
Scientist.
Thank you for your time.
Thank you for practicing.
