We begin with a cleansing breath, to refresh our physical body and mental, emotional self. Then we invite in light, love, Universal energy, prana into our heart, to open and energise our heart. We test out if we can sense judgements closing this flow of energy and forgiveness enhancing it. We offer love, energy and gratitude to our body and appreciate ourselves. Let's find a comfy spot.

Placing our body somewhere it can rest for a little while.

Arms and legs somewhere they can rest.

Our spine is lengthening next time we inhale.

And when we exhale we're softening into our seat,

Allowing our shoulders to relax,

Muscles of our face relaxing.

Finding that balance between relaxed and alert.

And we'll take a few breaths as we settle.

We can switch off the world for a little while,

At least pause it as we attend to our internal world.

And noticing how we feel and see if we can do so without any judgment.

If we've made judgments let's notice them and suggest that we may be able to do things differently.

We're going to start with a cleansing breath.

So when we're ready to exhale next we're going to blow as much air out of our lungs as we can without discomfort,

Blowing the air out through slightly pursed lips.

And then inhale fully deeply through the nose and exhale comfortably when we're ready.

So exhaling fully,

Emptying as much stale air from the lungs as we can.

Inhaling into the lower lungs,

Sides of the lungs,

Top of the lungs,

As much as we can without discomfort.

And exhaling,

Relaxing our bodies back down if we need to.

Noticing how that feels.

It's a useful breath for refreshing us.

We can refresh ourselves physically.

So like we're getting a breath of fresh air,

We're emptying the stale air and refreshing all of the deep lung which can become a little stale,

Particularly if we're sedentary.

But also we can use it in an energetic sense.

So changing,

Refreshing emotional,

Mental,

Energetic energy.

Changing our energy.

So let's do that cleansing breath once more and imagine changing our energy,

Blowing out the old moods,

Feelings and breathing in fresh positive ones.

So when we're ready we'll exhale fully,

Inhale fully and a relaxing exhalation and noticing how that feels.

Bring our attention to the breath and see if we can notice a natural comfortable breath without changing it.

We're going to draw in universal energy with the breath,

Direct universal energy with the breath,

Direct to our prana.

So on a comfortable inhalation we're going to imagine as the air flows into our body,

Prana is flowing into the center,

Into our lungs,

Our heart center from all directions.

And you can imagine that any way you like.

We're inviting in,

Welcoming in this energy,

This power and it's concentrating in our heart center.

Breath is still comfortable,

Not straining.

We're inviting in light,

Love,

Energy,

Prana,

However you want to visualize it.

Our heart center starting to become energized and glow,

Radiate.

The body and breath are still relaxed.

We don't need to effort to do this,

It's just flowing as if downhill.

I'm going to invite you to place your hands on your heart center.

As you inhale prana flows into our heart center and as we exhale we direct the prana down our arms,

Out through our palms and back into our heart center.

Inhale prana comes into our system and we exhale it back into our heart.

Closed loop to charge ourselves up.

As we invite the energy into our heart,

Let's love our heart.

Maybe it's healing from physical injury,

Maybe emotional injury,

Or maybe it's just difficult being alive and our heart feels that.

So let's imagine this prana as love.

We can color it pink if we like.

Imagine that prana,

That love doing our heart good physically,

Energetically.

So when we work with prana in this way,

Consciously,

Judgments become important.

When we are free of judgments prana flows generously,

Abundantly.

But a judgment kind of causes as if we're a pipe to block the flow and the flow becomes more meager and we feel unsupported,

Unsafe.

So let's see if we can test out that theory that our judgment has an effect on this prana.

And imagine a judgment that we often accuse ourselves of,

Throw at ourselves,

One of those habitual worries.

Let's think it now,

See if we can feel a sense of contraction,

Diminishment in our energy.

Then let's try replacing that fear,

Worry,

Judgment with its opposite,

In which we are safe,

Supported,

Healing,

Healthy.

See if we can sense that generous flow,

That openness be restored.

These are not theoretical considerations,

Maybe it's actually what's happening.

It's not a metaphor.

Loving our heart once more,

Offering gratitude for its tireless work and forgiving ourselves.

If we've made judgments,

Closed our heart,

Forgive ourself and let the channel be wide open,

As much energy as we would like.

So let's direct the energy into other parts of our body.

We're going to direct the energy into our eyes.

So if you've got glasses,

You might like to take them off.

We're going to place our palms over either our eyes directly or just above our eyes and visualize prana flowing in as we inhale,

Into our eyes as we exhale.

Imagine it doing us good,

Feeling love and gratitude for our eyes.

If they don't work perfectly,

Let's offer them forgiveness.

We won't curse them anymore and love healing.

Thank you for my eyes.

We're going to offer our head some of this energy so we can place our palms on or above our head and allow the energy to flow in as we breathe in,

Along our arms and into our head.

But if our arms get tired,

We can just imagine doing it,

Be comfortable.

Energy flowing into the physical structures of our head,

Our hair,

Our brain,

But also energetically into our mind,

Fearful ego.

All of that part of us being charged,

Energized,

Forgiven,

Loved.

Let's take our hands to the back of our head,

Primitive brain,

Fears,

Instinctive reactions,

Nothing to criticize,

Being grateful,

Our autonomic functions,

Keep our body working without our conscious knowledge.

Thank you.

Loving is part of us.

We can put our hands around our jaw and our mouth,

Healing physically,

Energizing physically,

But also metaphorically.

Maybe we can forgive ourselves for the things we'd rather not have said afterwards.

Allow prana to flow fully without restriction.

Being grateful,

Loving our ability to speak.

Our neck also,

Gratitude for those physical parts of us and the energetic,

Metaphorical functions,

Throat chakra,

Our ability to communicate,

Becoming charged and healthier with our love.

We can wrap our arms around ourselves now.

Prana flowing into our torso,

Our back,

Our chest.

Thank you for the strength in my back.

Bones and the muscles are strong and becoming stronger.

The courage and the metaphorical strength holds me up every day.

We can swap the arms around,

Do it the other way.

Healing,

Energizing,

Loving.

If there's any bit of us that particularly needs healing,

We'll get to that at the end.

If there's a part of your back that's prone to soreness,

Let's offer it love,

Forgiveness.

Sorry I cursed you.

Sorry.

I love you.

I love you.

How does that feel?

Noticing how it feels,

Noticing any judgments,

Any restrictions on that love.

Maybe deciding that we could choose differently to love fully as best we can.

Place our hands on our belly.

Healing,

Energizing,

Loving.

There's one more thing we can try to love our body more fully.

It's to really listen,

Really feel how that part of us feels.

Can it communicate back?

Does that part of us have anything to say?

And then maybe a feeling,

A knowing,

A sense of something.

Let's pay attention.

Thank you.

Placing our hands at the base of our body and those delicate organs,

Root chakra,

Pelvis,

Pelvic floor.

Energizing,

Healing,

Loving,

Listening.

This part of us can bear the brunt of feeling unsafe in our root chakras.

Notice if that's us.

Maybe decide to release that judgment,

Forgive ourselves,

Decide now to love this part of us.

Placing our hands on our legs,

Prana flowing into the legs,

Knees,

Calves,

Ankles,

Feet.

Healing,

Loving,

Listening.

Thank you for all those miles I've walked.

So if there's part of us that is particularly in need of healing,

We can place our hands there now.

If it's out of reach,

We imagine this might be physical or energetic.

Let's offer a little more love,

Healing prana,

Forgiveness.

Imagine it healing,

Whatever that means for you.

Working more harmoniously.

Your body knows how to heal itself when your natural state is harmony and health.

Can we create conditions in which that is more likely,

More possible?

Allowing the arms to rest for the last few moments,

Allowing the breath,

The imagination,

The intention to fill in any last bits of our body and our energy field which need a little more light,

Love,

Prana,

Until our body and aura are glowing.

If you wish,

We try a few breaths,

Drawing prana into the very center of our head,

The cava brahma,

The third ventricle in the center of the brain to further energize our whole being.

A gift of loving prana to ourselves,

Energizing the third eye and our vision for our being on earth.

In-breathing to the center of our head,

Feeling our attention be there as best we can,

Exhaling it radiating out from that space.

It could be intense though,

So just let's notice how it feels,

Make sure it feels good.

Noticing how we feel after this practice.

If we're a little overcharged,

We can let out some of that energy into the earth beneath us through our root chakra.

Just visualize it happening if that's for you,

Or sharing your energy with the earth if that feels right.

We're going to take a few deeper breaths as we gradually return to our regular everyday state of consciousness.

Moving gradually,

Fingers and toes,

Arms and legs,

Having a little stretch and returning to the external world gradually.

Thank you for practicing with me.

Lovely except for the sound glitches, but the great wisdom you shared took me beyond that: prana flows when we are free from judgment. Thank you!
