Grounding In Iota

Hey, What's up everyone? It's Morgan O. Smith here, Morgan O. Smith. This week, We're gonna be experimenting with Iota. So the Iota brainwaves. Again, Just like last week and week before, Don't have much information on this. This is something, This is another brainwave that I'm also experimenting with, Which I've been experimenting with for almost a year now, Along with the default mode network frequencies. So there's not much I can tell you at the moment. There's things I could tell you, But they may be subjective. It may be only exclusive to me. I'm not sure yet, But if you do this and you decide to do this throughout the week, Maybe not, Don't do it too much throughout the week, Maybe twice throughout the week, Give me some feedback. Let me know what it's doing, At least not long-term, But short-term, If anything happened during your actual sessions. I'd like to know, Because there's only way I'm gonna get this information, Because using one subject is not enough. I would need other people. But if you wanna give me that feedback, That'll be part of my study. And I'll compile them and then see what sticks, And then I can put the information up there, At least based on what we get from it. All right, So to this we're, Again, We're doing IOTA. We're gonna get our headphones, And there's not much I can tell you about it. I don't think there's mystical experiences in these frequencies. It's probably more to do with getting more of the repressed unconscious material out of from your mind. So it's still digging in and pulling stuff out. One thing I will tell you about IOTA and DMN, That it may bring up, If you do this on a regular basis, It could bring up like dark night of the soul type of stuff, Which is a good thing because you're now bringing the repressed material up to the surface, And then you have to learn to deal with it. And if you have a psychotherapist, Or if you do shadow work, Or if you go to a shaman, This is the best times to address it. So you would do these frequencies, And then you would do the actual sacred medicine healing, Or psychotherapy, Or shadow work to really, Really address them. That's the best I can say on that. But then again, If you do these frequencies, You may not actually have an experience on say, Sacred medicine, Maybe. But I can't say for sure yet. But that's a possibility. So that's something to keep in mind. But it will do the work. It will do the work. Trust me on that. Because the deeper you go, The more you can pull up, Because there's a lot of stuff that is forming how we see the world and how we perceive the world. And I can say personally, From my work with doing these frequencies, It's been very, Very profound without the mystical experiences, But very, Very profound in other ways, Things that I've never even thought of. So I can say that right now, But I'm not gonna say too much because I need more information. All right, So you got our headphones. All right, I remember I used headphones when you're doing this stuff. All right, Make sure you're sitting up with your back straight, Eyes closed. It's better to breathe through your nostrils, Not through your mouth. But if you have a technique that you already do, You can do this for the 25 minutes, Or you can sit down, Just relax with your eyes closed. That's it, And just breathe through your nostrils if you can. All right, And I'll see you on the other side. One, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six, Seven, Eight, Nine, 10. I don't know if someone else decides, Like a professional or an academic decides to test out these brainwaves and decide to name it officially. It may not be MU, It may be some of the other Greek letters in the alphabet, In the Greek alphabet, But right now I'm calling it MU. And these are frequencies that are above 200 Hertz. But again, This is experimental. I tried this out years ago, Probably like six, Seven years ago, I've tried these out. Next week, I'll tell you, Maybe I may tell you a bit of what happened there. It's a little embarrassing, But I may tell you what happened there. But this is experimental, It's only like a one-time thing if you want to, Just 25 minutes, You can choose to do it again maybe once or twice throughout the week, But don't do it too much because it's experimental and we don't know what's happening in these faster brainwaves. And these are brainwaves that I don't think have been detected yet, But I don't think we have the instruments to detect them, But it doesn't mean that they're not happening. So I can tell you that something is happening. It just probably can't measure it to an EEG device. But that's it for this week, And I'll see you again next week, Monday. Take care everyone.
