Welcome to the yummy meditations with Hani and me and this is brought to you by YOLOabundance.

Take a deep breath in.

Palms facing upwards on your knees and begin taking long deep breaths all the way to the bottom of your belly releasing any tensions in your exhale and allowing your body to slowly relax.

Breathing in again.

Sitting up straight and raise.

Maintain the skeleton of straightness in the back.

The frame of strong structure that's soft.

Consistency.

Allowing any ambient noise to pass through you.

Just like a wave in the wind.

And the lung and mind to slowly calm down and drop into the rest of your body to merge.

Relaxing your shoulders,

Your jaw,

Your back,

Back of your neck,

Your lower back.

Let that go.

While maintaining the structure of your spine and relaxing your legs as well.

Ankles,

Calves,

And thighs.

Breathe into those.

Exhaling every tension.

Noon or noon especially in your wrists.

And let it go in your out breath.

Now I want you to imagine a golden white and pink light from above.

Imagine that being 300 feet above.

This connects you to the center of your most productive self.

The one who is in flow.

Free and motivated and focused.

Doing things with a skip in your step,

But at the same time and at the same time.

Full of momentum and conviction and clarity.

Allow that to come into your body as you breathe that in and open that connection.

And as you exhale a lot,

Anything that does not resonate with this true version of yourself to sink into the center of the earth like a big black root and a big black hole that sucks it all the way down to the center of the earth.

Breathing in that white light.

And exhaling all that doesn't serve you,

All that doesn't resonate with your sense of accomplishment and your senses.

Clarity,

Clear action,

Clear inspired action.

Let that breath go into every single cell in your body,

Every single limb.

Release into the back of your neck and your shoulders and your arms and release any tensions that doesn't resonate with this light.

Imagine blue and purple flames all around you.

It burned through anything that is residual resistance to progress.

Self-doubt or the tendency to get distracted and excited when you're not on your path of completing the things that truly matter to move forward.

So breathe in that fire,

That blue and purple fire to burn away any resistances,

Any and all.

Unconscious resistances to progress,

To succeed,

To achieve.

Any fears of moving forward,

Known and unknown.

Any fears of moving too fast,

Known and unknown.

Breathe that through and release all attention to the blue and purple flames.

Keep doing this until it burns away any and all resistances.

Feel that tension leave you.

Feel all the resistances come forth to be ready to let go.

And as you breathe that fire in,

Imagine it being an energetic surgical recedure,

Removing any and all past,

Dragging this resistance,

Distractions and desire to jump from thing to thing.

Any old habits,

Any past ways of doing things,

Just collect them all together in your breath and let all of it go as much as possible today.

Into the fire,

Into the ground.

Let your body also show you what else needs to be let go of for you to be smooth sailing,

Ready to go,

Feeling on top of the world.

Breathe into all the parts of your body that are still holding on to anything possible that may stop you from feeling that way.

And if you don't know exactly,

Trust that your body knows so just breathe in deeply and allow your body to release it and do this on your own.

Anywhere that you feel tense,

Or that's calling your attention,

Just allow your breath to travel there.

And release it.

Allowing any sounds to travel through you.

Maybe even triggering any additional tensions that you may be having.

But whatever old patterns that you've had,

Old behavior patterns,

Past,

It's all the way back to the beginning of your history.

Any and all past behaviors that may affect your productivity,

May affect your desire to act in flow and excitement and calm,

Focused action with inspiration.

Just allow any of those moments and any of those experiences known or unknown to float to the surface.

Like little tiny dots of pockets of experiences float to the present moment.

And in your outbreath I want you to leave and allow all of those dots gathered from all of your timeline in the past and send them into the fire.

Trusting yourself that that's all you need to do and you don't have to know it specifically.

Selecting all the dots from the past.

And exhale out into the fire.

Any and all experiences of past procrastination,

Breathe that in,

Into that and release it all.

And again.

And release it.

Breathing that in.

Breathe into that.

And release any and all.

And you can do that on your own a couple more times.

Now allow yourself to start welcoming a new way of being.

A way that you can do,

Be.

And create your day exactly as you want.

An even better way than you've ever imagined before.

Feel that sensation of connection.

I want you to project yourself out ten years in a reality where you already have succeeded.

Not only just for this project or just for this venture or just for this career.

But the version of you who have excelled in all of these areas and more.

I want you to find that reality,

Find that version of reality.

The one who has accomplished all your dreams.

Satisfied,

Fulfilled.

Living with freedom.

Living with joy.

Living with efficiency and the trust in your own discipline.

However much or little that you want.

The freedom of choosing how much discipline you want.

I want you to look into that version,

Feel that version.

See that version of you going through that version of that day.

Clarify that picture and seeing that picture even more vividly.

Look at the way that you're holding yourself.

What are you wearing?

How is your face?

How does it feel like to see through those eyes?

To breathe through that nose?

How does it feel like to walk with the legs?

And hold your core through those cores.

Breathe through those nose.

Those nostrils.

And welcome that version of you with that reality to come and float and make that connection with you today.

Open yourself up to receive that.

The one who flows through the day.

Everything being accomplished with ease.

With joy.

With fluidity.

With no panic or anxiety that you've been off track.

But the courage and the wisdom.

To gently be able to redirect it back on path.

Breathe that in.

Allow yourself to really relax and see if there's anything in your body that is not resonating with that and breathe into that to let it go.

As you breathe in.

To that version.

Release anything that is not in resonance with this.

The.

Imagine yourself holding this energy.

In your body and in your palms.

And as you continuously breathe in and out for the rest of your day,

You're constantly drawing the inspiration from that version of you.

Constantly readjusting and realigning so that you can be and you are and you already are breathing in this vibration.

Anything on the back of you that's keeping you and holding you back.

Just breathe into that.

Let it slide off of your neck and your back and down into the center of the earth.

Do that again.

Like you have any burdens.

Any expectations.

Any pressure and stress.

Read or perform.

Because it doesn't really need to be there for you to be productive.

Any attachment.

That causes the stress or causes.

Any random negativity.

Just breathe into that as well.

And release it and set it free.

Trusting that whatever is let go.

Is going to age you.

And support you in creating a wonderful and smooth sailing day.

Breathing in the trust and the skill as well.

Release any of these distractions or any of these potential.

Divergence throughout your day with a breath.

So release.

All of the potential stresses or diversions in your day in the future of today with the breath as well.

Any thoughts and distractions and potential.

That doesn't have anything to do with what you want to do today.

Breathe into those and release them too.

Clear that day.

So you'll only be able to only need to work on what you want and need to work on.

Allow the sensational calmness and firm commitment to drill into you.

To connect to the core center of who you are.

So that no matter what comes in your day today.

Your center is strong.

It's drilled into the center of your.

And it vibrates through you.

So imagine a big round.

Stake.

Like a stake in the ground that goes from all the way above you all the way right through you all the way to the center of the earth.

That's your center.

Look at that.

Look at how it wraps around that golden white light that runs right through you all the time.

Keeping you on track.

Keeping you connected.

To your natural ability to flow.

To your natural ability to focus with ease.

To your natural ability to connect.

To the most powerful way,

Gentle and subtle,

A powerful way for you to show up for yourself.

Strengthen that connection.

Imagine little tiny energetic webs that you grow or like even little tiny tentacles that you grow to hold on to that connection.

A big column of light.

A big column of what makes it the stake in the ground.

It connects you to your purpose.

Connects you to your dream.

Connects that which you are to all of the things that you do and the way that you show up in the world.

Welcome that light to run right through you.

Whenever there is a distraction or whenever there is an item that does not flow in this light,

You can just honk at it and let it go.

I will turn back to the road of this column of connection.

Holding this energy.

Now I want you to keep breathing in light to strengthen this core.

So with every breath that you take,

I want you to watch this column of light illuminate and glow more and more with each breath as you strengthen it.

As you exhale,

Expand that into your body.

And as you breathe it again,

Expand that into the room.

Breathing into that again.

Expand that into your apartment or where you are working.

Breathing in that again.

Expand that into this entire area.

And breathing into it again and expand into the entire city.

Breathing into that again.

Expand into the entire country,

This energy.

Seeing it reach and resonate with all of those who also may need this today.

And breathing into that again and expand that into the rest of this country,

Continent.

And the rest of this earth.

In your next breath,

I want you to expand it into the entire solar system.

This feeling of total strength and total gentle focus.

Connection to your highest self and connection to your innermost awesome core.

In your next breath,

I want you to expand it forwards,

Backwards,

All around in all the infinite milky ways that there are.

And I want you to stretch your legs out and allow yourself to move and stretch your legs in front of you,

Moving your ankles back and forth.

And allowing this energy to travel through your toes as you wiggle them in the front and fold them backwards to meet you in the back.

Circling your ankles around,

Side to side,

Continuously holding that deep breath in and out,

Holding that rhythm of that deep breath.

You may want to stretch your legs out by,

From the point of your hips,

With your back straight all the way as far as you can go,

Using your shoulders as a way to direct yourself down.

See if you can stretch those legs out,

Those legs out and allow that vibration and that breath to travel through your legs.

With each breath,

Allowing yourself to sink deeper and release more and more tension within your legs.

Good.

Now switch legs if you were working on one leg or if you were working on both,

Just continue doing that.

You may put your feet facing each other and hold your knees down and push them slightly down to the ground as you reach your shoulders up and breathe into your pelvic floor.

Allowing sounds to release any tensions within your pelvis as you kind of push your thighs apart.

Breathe into the tension and release.

You may also twist a little,

Bringing one shoulder forward,

Looking back and take a deep breath there.

And even the other direction too.

Now you can put one arm up or both arms up,

Stretching all the way to the top.

Having one arm hold the other one,

Stretch it more to the top and then lean over to one side.

With your back flat against an imaginary wall and as you turn your head to the side,

Return to the upward position and breathe in,

Placing your nose to your arm.

Return back to center,

Breathing in,

Reset,

Reaching to the top.

And then use your other arms to hold the other arm to repeat it on the other side.

You may find that your spine cracks a little.

Make sure you release the tension in your jaw and your face as you do this.

Now you can freestyle and stretch out any other parts of your body that you feel need to be stretched out.

Or any other stretches that you like.

Just to make sure the breath goes in all parts of your body.

Remember to continuously connect that breath to that center core and that golden light.

So use the stretches as a way to receive even more of that.

Gentle,

Slow movements.

You may also hold your arm across your chest.

And the other side.

Now with your neck side to side and just all your head to really stretch out that neck slowly as you chin to front chest.

This side while holding your shoulders down.

Breathe into every muscle that holds your neck.

Sending that muscle lots and lots of love and compassion and appreciation too.

Keep breathing into that gratitude that you have for yourself today for being here and doing this practice.

So that your body can relax and your mind can relax and reconnect.

Other direction.

So that you can feel free while being effective.

I want you to breathe those two concepts seemingly opposing together.

Feeling the sensation of that freedom and effectiveness together.

What does both feel like in your body?

Any beliefs that say that they can exist together and they must work hard and must stress in order to feel effective.

Release that.

It doesn't have to be opposing forces.

They can work together.

Allow yourself to show you what other pieces of energy you may need for the even smoother,

Even beyond your imagination.

State of being that your higher self wants you to hold throughout the day and just allow that to come in the form of breath to fill you up.

So take a couple breaths and allow whatever you need to be breathed in.

Whatever bonus breaths you have to this core wants you to have.

That your inner self wants you to have and hold.

Feel that nourishment.

In that kind and gentle support.

Fill you and expand within you.

And as you breathe into that,

I want you to spread that out.

And I want you to sprinkle this energy into the tasks ahead.

Just kind of breathe in.

Exhale,

Let it flood the tasks for the rest of the day.

Let that integrate within you as you breathe in and out.

You may even wiggle yourself a little bit.

So just receive all of it and come back to this body,

Come back to this present moment.

Come back into your sit bones.

Come back into this room.

Welcome back.
