Hi,
My name's Jade.
This is a 10-minute guided meditation to do at your desk.
In your chair.
It can be a midday snack.
It can be for any moment that you feel a little bit overwhelmed by all the things that you're meant to be doing.
Or even if you have some confusion about what it is that you want to do next.
So just take a moment.
Feel your feet on the ground.
Fill yourself in your chair if you want to rest your body in your chair.
And just start to tune in with your breath,
Moving in and out.
Filling your lungs and your belly on your inhale.
Releasing any tightness,
Any tension,
Any gripping on your exhale.
Go ahead and really close your eyes if you feel safe to do so.
And if it feels better to you to let your eyes just gently rest.
That's okay too.
Taking this few moments to give yourself space to reorient,
To recenter.
Go ahead and imagine just calling yourself back in.
Calling yourself back from the future.
Recall yourself back from the past.
Call yourself back from your emails or your work.
And call yourself back from any places where you're in resistance.
Where you're in pain.
Where you're in overwhelm.
And just breathe long and deep as you arrive back into this moment with yourself.
Giving yourself an opportunity to connect back into you.
And if you notice thoughts arriving or if you notice tightness around your breath,
That's okay.
Just be gentle with yourself.
Be friendly with yourself.
Be curious.
You And for the next few moments,
We're just gonna sit here together.
Breathing.
Resting.
You At this moment,
There's nowhere to go and nothing to do.

And if any time you feel like you need to sigh.
Deepen your breath.
Release any tightness in your hands or in your jaw or in the back of your head.
Just go ahead and give that to yourself.
Our creative output,
Our creative expression,
Our capacity to be.
In our work in our lives.
It doesn't come from the outside in.
So give yourself this few moments of rest.
And recalibration.
To support your system.
To refill your cup.
I'd like for you to imagine a big,
Beautiful bubble above your head.
In this bubble can be filled with color,
With gold,
With fresh,
Clean energy.
With love.
With self-compassion.
With spaciousness.
And just pour into yourself.
Pour this love into yourself.
Pour this light into yourself.
Pour your own energy back into yourself.
And with this few moments,
Invite in clarity.
Around your next supported step.
Notice if you feel relaxed.
Rested.
And ask to see clearly.
You the next best thing is for you to do.
In your day to take care of yourself.
To move your work forward to sell somebody that you love them.
Whatever it is.
Just let yourself rest in that clarity and that knowing.
Take one more nice deep breath.
Go ahead and stretch.
