What is it like reflection?

Take a moment to get comfortable and settle into the surface beneath you.

Connect with the support within you.

Feeling the breath moving in and out of the body.

I'm going to proceed through a few questions,

Providing some space in between each question.

And that space is where you observe how you respond or react.

What is it like to be at peace?

What is it like to be irritated?

What is it like to be calm?

What is it like to be frustrated?

What is it like to be humbled?

What is it like to care?

What is it like to be unsure?

What is it like to be clear?

What is it like to be joyous?

What is it like to be sad?

What is it like to be empty?

What is it like to be whole?

What is it like to be understanding?

What is it like to be dismissive?

What is it like to be purposeful?

What is it like to be courageous?

What is it like to be uncomfortable?

What is it like to be easy?

What is it like to be authentic?

What is it like to be pure?

What is it like to be honest?
