Hey there,

It's Marcella here.

If you know that circumstances in your life are no longer serving your growth,

However comfortable they might be,

Let's do some EFT tapping together to give yourself permission to acknowledge what is and find safety in the unknown.

So let's start by tapping on the fleshy outside of either hand,

What's known as the karate chop point,

And just say as I say and do as I do,

And feel free to use your own words if mine don't resonate with you.

Okay,

So tapping on the side of the hand,

Here we go.

Even though I'm outgrowing these circumstances in my life,

And go ahead and say that after me,

And part of my soul feels ready for more,

I also feel scared and uncertain.

I love and accept all of this exactly as it is.

Okay,

Perfect.

So let's now tap around the points.

So tapping on the top of the head,

All this fear that I feel,

Tapping inside the eyebrow,

Right where the eyebrow meets the bridge of the nose,

All this uncertainty,

Tapping on the side of the eye,

On the one level,

I love my life.

Under the eye,

On the one level,

My life works for me beautifully.

Under the nose,

It definitely meets certain needs that I have.

Under the mouth,

And while my life can feel very comfortable,

Collarbone,

It can feel very safe.

Under the arm,

I can also feel very small and stuck inside it.

Okay,

Back up to the top of the head.

What keeps me safe also keeps me small.

Inside the eyebrow,

What keeps me safe also keeps me stuck.

Side of the eye,

Even though it's uncomfortable to think about changing this,

Under the eye,

I have no idea what it would even change into.

Okay,

Good.

Under the nose,

This discomfort must be some message from my soul.

Under the mouth,

Telling me that I'm outgrowing this aspect of my life.

Collarbone,

And even though this is scary to acknowledge,

Under the arm,

It's okay for me to sit in this moment Good.

Okay,

Back up to the top of the head.

Open to the truth of this.

Inside the eyebrow,

Without trying to fix it or figure it out.

Side of the eye,

Without trying to change everything all at once.

Under the eye,

It's okay for me just to sit here.

Good.

Under the nose,

Rest in the space of the unknown.

Under the mouth,

I don't know what this means for my life.

Collarbone,

But I'm willing to open my eyes.

Beautiful.

Under the arm,

I'm willing to give it room.

Okay,

Last round,

Back up to the top of the head.

I'm willing to let it be.

Nice.

Okay,

Inside the eyebrow,

There's nothing bad or wrong happening.

Side of the eye,

I'm being invited into change.

Under the eye,

Invited to raise my gaze to the horizon.

Under the nose,

Think bigger thoughts about my life.

Under the mouth,

Consider bigger possibilities.

Collarbone,

Give myself permission to expand gently.

Under the arm,

One day at a time.

Good.

Excellent.

Okay.

Take a nice breath.

Take a drink of water and check in with your initial distress level and see if it feels the same or higher or lower after this round of tapping.

And feel free to repeat this tapping sequence as necessary until you really feel a shift of greater peace or safety around facing the unknown.

Okay,

This is Marcella sending you love.

If you found this tapping guide helpful,

Please feel free to post some feedback so I can continue to make more tapping sequences like this for you.

Okie doke.

Lots of love.

Bye for now.
