Welcome,

Begin by finding a position that feels natural,

Let your hands rest loosely on your lap or at your sides,

Close your eyes gently and without trying too hard,

And notice the simple rhythm of your breath.

The body already knows how to breathe,

How to rise and fall,

How to release and renew,

So you don't have to force it,

Just listen.

Each inhale is a tide rolling in,

And each exhale is a tide rolling out.

Now imagine yourself standing beneath a vast sky,

A place that feels both familiar and beyond time,

And before you is a slow-moving river,

Wide and calm,

Reflecting soft bands of light,

And you walk toward it,

Feeling the ground cool beneath your bare feet.

And with each step you let go of one weight,

A thought,

A worry,

A name you've been carrying too long,

So you kneel at the water's edge and you dip your hands in.

It's perfectly warm,

Almost like a body temperature,

A reminder that this flow has always been inside you.

Now you step into the river,

Feel the current gently pulling at your ankles,

And then at your knees,

And you move deeper until the water reaches your waist,

And it swirls around you,

Lifting the dust of old days.

And this water knows what to do,

It moves through you and through your memories,

Through every small ache that never got a voice.

So take a breath in through your nose,

And as you exhale,

Imagine the current carrying away your tension,

Threads of gray dissolving into clear gold.

A river doesn't judge what it takes,

It just cleanses endlessly.

So now lean back,

Letting yourself float,

And the water holds you perfectly.

You're weightless now.

And the sky above stretches endlessly with soft clouds drifting.

Everything that was once tangled is unraveling,

Every emotion that felt too heavy is being washed into the infinite cycle of flow.

You can feel your heartbeat sinking with the rhythm of the current,

A reminder that life is not meant to be held too tightly.

You are allowed to let it move through you,

And you are allowed to let go.

And when you're ready,

Step out of the water,

Feel the air touch your skin,

Cool,

Light,

And new.

And you stand even duller now,

A little cleaner on the inside,

A little emptier in the best way.

So take a deep breath in through the nose,

And then exhale through the mouth,

Slow and final.

You've returned to yourself,

Still flowing,

Still whole,

And of course still here.

Good work today,
