Let's begin by settling in.
Let your body soften,
And let your breath be easy.
Close your eyes gently now,
And arrive here.
Right now,
There is nothing to reach for.
There is nothing to figure out.
Just breathe,
Just for the moment.
Now,
Let your shoulders drop.
Let your jaw unclench.
And feel gravity holding you,
Without any effort.
So now begin to follow your breath.
In through your nose,
And out through your mouth.
Just notice the rhythm,
And don't change it.
Just follow it,
And let your breath be a guide,
Not a task.
And now bring your awareness to the space between your breaths.
That quiet pause,
That quiet pause at the top of the inhale,
And that soft stillness before the next exhale.
Begin to rest in those spaces.
This is where presence blooms.
So now,
Imagine your breath is not just air,
It's starlight.
You're breathing in the energy of galaxies.
And breathing out everything you no longer need.
So inhale starlight,
And exhale weight.
And now,
Bring your attention to the space around your body.
Feel the subtle field around you,
Like a gentle sphere of presence,
Pulsing with each breath.
This is your energetic body,
Your personal space within the greater whole.
And now,
Expand your awareness slowly,
First to the room that you're in.
And then to the building,
And then out to the sky above.
So keep breathing slowly,
And with each breath,
Let your awareness expand like a ripple,
Like a ripple moving through space.
And now,
Picture yourself floating above the earth.
Your body is still,
But your awareness hovers peacefully above the clouds.
And above you,
The stars.
And below you,
The earth is spinning slowly.
Now,
Sync your breath with the cosmos.
Feel the inhale drawing from the stars,
And the exhale rounding into the earth.
You are the bridge.
You are the pulse between sky and soil.
Your breath is the drumbeat of the universe.
So breathe in,
And feel yourself anchored,
Rooted,
And very safe.
And if thoughts arise,
Let them pass like clouds.
You are the sky,
Not the weather.
So just breathe now,
And remember how vast you truly are.
And now,
Begin to gently return.
Let your awareness come back into your body,
Into your arms,
Your chest,
Your legs,
And all the way to your fingers.
Feel the surface beneath you again.
Notice the softness of your breath.
And notice the silence that's still with you.
You've expanded,
And now you return,
Carrying the stillness inside.
So inhale deeply again,
And slowly exhale.
And in a moment,
I'll count you back.
So three,
Feel your body calm and whole.
Two,
Feel your breath clear and strong.
And one,
You may gently open your eyes now.
You're ready.
So remember this,
The stars are not far away at all.
They live in your breath.
