Hello and welcome to this breathing exercise meditation.
I will guide you through some powerful breathing techniques that can be utilized in the morning,
When you wake up,
Or shortly after to energize yourself to start the day in the direction towards your best self.
So get into a comfortable position and make sure your clothing is loose around the waist to allow for easy breathing,
Giving yourself the maximum benefit of this exercise.
We will begin by breathing with the diaphragm.
Your diaphragm is located at the top of your abdomen,
Just below the ribs.
It's the source of your confidence.
As you inhale,
Your diaphragm contracts down,
Creating space in your chest for air to fill the lungs.
When you exhale,
The diaphragm relaxes and expands.
This is why you feel so relaxed when you breathe out.
Consciously breathing while focusing on this muscle builds your confidence with each breath you take,
Allowing for you to communicate honestly with others and speak your truth.
So let's begin.
Inhale deeply,
Pushing out your belly,
Which is contracting your diaphragm,
And exhale.
Let your belly fall and feel a little relaxation that you generated with this first breath.
Again,
Inhale,
Pushing your belly out as much as you can,
Imagining that your confidence is building as you do so.
Let your breath go,
Feeling deep relaxation as the air leaves your body.
Take another deep breath in and exhale.
Remembering to expand your belly,
Drawing to the surface that confidence that is within you.
And exhale,
Feeling a deep relaxation from these wonderful breaths.
Only you can make the changes towards confidence through deep breathing.
Again,
Inhale deeply,
Feeling your diaphragm contract,
Allowing for air space,
And let your breath go,
Relaxing deeply,
Feeling confident in your talents and your abilities.
You are the one who makes the changes in your life.
No one else but you can breathe deeply,
Accessing your inner strength.
So one more big breath in.
This is the last one,
So make it really good,
Expanding,
Feeling courageous,
Fearless and bold,
And exhale,
Letting the breath fall away effortlessly,
Feeling deep relaxation from this exercise.
Good.
Namaste and enjoy your day.
