As the moon is connected to spiritual practices, it is very good to meditate on a full moon day. This guided meditation for the Full Moon will help you cleanse and clear any negative energy by releasing everything that no longer serves you.

The moon cycles allow us to discover and express our real selves.

They have been used as a spiritual tool to let go of the old and make way for the new.

This meditation on the night of the full moon allows you to tap into your higher self using the energy of the full moon.

This will help you begin life from a fresh perspective when we clear out the old so that we can invite in the new.

This is also a great time to release all the negative thoughts and energy that envelops the mind and pulls you back from manifesting your dreams and aspirations.

Take a moment here to find a quiet space.

Gently close down your eyes.

Allow your breath to gently flow through the nose.

Notice the ebb and flow,

Breathing in and breathing out.

And then just become aware of the space around you.

Become aware of your entire body.

Feel your body weight on the floor or chair that you are sitting in.

Feel the position of your hands as they rest in your lap or by your sides.

Gently let go of your thoughts so you can be here in the present moment.

Continue to inhale and exhale while relaxing your face and jaw.

Let your muscles relax and let go of all the worries and tasks that have been holding you down.

Focus on being here in the present state of mind.

Placing your trust in the glowing full moon and its powerful energy.

Bring awareness to each body part.

Scan your body for tension or pain.

Observe them and continue to breathe.

Now imagine a powerful being shining down on the top of your head.

The silvery white beam is warm and glowing.

Allow your entire being to become soaked up by the pure and serene energy of this loving light of the full moon.

As you soak in this beautiful cleansing light,

Start to think about what you want to let go of in life.

Whether it's a physical object,

A stale toxic relationship,

Negative thoughts or beliefs,

Old emotions or memories.

Let those thoughts stay in your mind for a moment.

Now imagine them in the form of a color or object floating before you.

Notice each thing that you want to release.

And in your mind or out loud say,

I release you under the light of this sacred and magical full moon.

I no longer need what does not serve or empower me.

Keep imagining this beautiful silvery white light gently washing these objects away from your body.

Imagine these habits,

These people,

Behaviors,

Thought patterns disappearing into the full and powerful gleam of the silvery light of the moon.

Now say in your mind,

I release this unworthiness.

I release this doubt.

I release this fear and anger.

I release resentment.

I release judgment.

I release envy and comparison.

I release relationships that do not serve me.

And I release toxic people and situations.

Imagine each of these things being released from your life and getting absorbed by the light of the full moon through its powerful deep cleansing potential.

Notice how your body starts feeling lighter and relaxed as you let go.

If you need to come back to this practice for the next three days in the power of the full moon,

Make sure to do so.

Letting go of the energy of all these things of all these things,

Creating space for newer,

Brighter,

And amazing possibilities.
