Hey lovely,

This is a meditation for self-love when food makes you feel better.

Find a quiet space,

Sit quietly and let your body soften into your seat.

Taking a beautiful deep breath and let all the air out of your mouth.

Breathe the air into your nose and then expand let go all the air out of your mouth.

Repeat one more time inhale deeply,

Exhale completely.

Allow the anxiety and frustration to wash over you like waves in the ocean.

It's not your fault that you emotionally eat.

Breathe in and let that sink in.

Breathe out any negative self-talk.

It will just bring you down my lovely and lead to more comfort eating and that's definitely where you don't want to be.

So even though you emotionally eat,

Release the need now through breath to judge yourself negatively.

Release the need to judge your body and release the need your body has created as a protective coping mechanism to help you cope in this moment.

This can be fixed and the first step is to show yourself kindness.

We will breathe in some affirmations to start the healing process.

Breathe in and repeat after me.

Cleansing breath out.

Right now I cannot see the outcome of the journey but I'm taking a step of kindness.

I know I have the right to be happy and full of joy.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

I give myself permission to begin again with whatever I am trying to learn.

Bring your breath into a gentle steady state.

Allow the body to expand with breath.

Release into any further tension.
