
EFT Tapping For Anxiety
This guided eft tapping session will help you quiet your mind, calm your body and soothe your nervous system. EFT tapping helps to rebalance our energy when we feel anxious. This session can be repeated daily until your anxiety subsides.

This is an EFT tapping sequence to reduce anxiety.
Find a nice quiet space where you won't be disturbed and where you can actually openly speak freely.
We'll start with a clearing statement to acknowledge how we feel.
So gently use your index and middle finger here and gently tap on the opposite hand below the pinky bone.
This is known as your karate chop point.
And now just repeat the following statement after me.
Even though I have all this anxiety,
I choose to feel at peace right now.
Even though I am anxious about all the stress in my life,
I choose to be calm and confident.
Even though I am stressed and worn out and I feel so stuck,
I choose to deeply.
Now we'll tap on the eyebrow point,
The point just below the eyebrow towards the side of your nose.
Gently tap here and repeat after me.
All this anxiety.
Now tap on the side of your eye next to your eye in the temple.
This anxiety in my under the eye,
This anxiety in my life.
Under your nose.
I can't stop thinking about it.
On your chin.
All this anxiety that I feel in my chest and my stomach.
Tap just below your collarbone.
I can't let it go.
We'll tap now under the arm with your chest.
It's all too much.
Tap on the top of your head.
This constant anxiety.
Now tap on your wrist.

I don't know how to let go of this anxiety.

I want to let go but I can't.

I'm so stressed and all this stress is taking a toll on me mentally.

Everything is really hard.
I feel this anxiety through my chin.
It makes me feel so uncomfortable.
I want to escape it but I still feel all this anxiety.
